Located on the ground floor, the apartment opens onto a private outdoor space, a private and well-kept corner where time seems to slow down. Equipped for outdoor dining, protected by an awning and featuring a barbecue, it's the ideal place to share simple yet precious moments, amidst the scents and flavors of summer.
Inside, a living area welcomes you with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The sleeping area offers a cozy and intimate double bedroom and a versatile single bedroom, suitable for every need.
The two full bathrooms, both with showers and bidets, ensure practicality and freedom, while the spacious kitchen, equipped with an induction stove and oven, invites you to rediscover the pleasure of cooking and sharing.
Although there is no private parking space, you can park conveniently along the street in the immediate vicinity.
