Vanderbilt Villas II es el secreto mejor guardado de Nápoles en el lado oeste de 41, y está a solo unos pasos de Vanderbilt Beach y Delnor Wiggins State Park. Inmaculado condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado en el segundo piso con acceso por ascensor.

Este condominio tiene un plano de planta abierto para usted y sus invitados. Incluye una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora, comedor, sala de estar y cocina totalmente equipada.. (4) Las sillas de playa, sombrilla, refrigerador, ropa de cama y toallas de Tommy Bahama están listas para que las disfrute. También incluye (1) lugar de estacionamiento cubierto designado y un amplio estacionamiento para visitantes, televisión por cable y servicio de internet gratuito.

Great location, very clean property and well kept. Perfect for small groups or families. We are locals and picked this spot because it’s close to the beach and everything in north Naples.

Fantastic!

My family (80 year old parents and 3 siblings in our 50s) had the most enjoyable time in our Condo. It featured all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay and we all had a great time. Would highly recommend and the contact from our host was 5 star.

Relaxing vacation

Our expectations were more than met staying at this property. The location of the property was perfect to be able to commute to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The vacation home was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Nicole, the owner, made the process of renting her home incredibly easy. We can’t wait to come back to this “jewel” of a property!

Amazing place!

Great condo with everything you need

We had a great time in Naples and that is thanks to having such a comfortable place to stay. Nicole was very responsive and welcoming. The condo is literally a walking mile from the beach and it has lots of beach items you can use. The condo comes with everything you could possibly need, I mean everything. My family and I will certainly be staying here again if we make it to the football Nationals next year. Thank you Nicole! Eli

Phenomenal spot for a 6-week stay!

Nicole’s home was my home base for a 6-week visit to North Naples. This condo exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the location. Tucked off Vanderbilt Dr, this complex is close to everything. A quick drive from the airport. A walk or short drive to Delnor-Wiggins beach, or a quick drive to Barefoot Beach or Vanderbilt Beach makes a beach day easy. The chairs and umbrellas are the “good ones” from Costco, which I really appreciated. Tidy pool in front of the condo makes for a great quick dip, spot to read or just take a break after a fun day out and about. The unit itself is really well appointed, with thoughtful touches everywhere, from multiple coffee making options, to plenty of hangers in the closets, beach towels and a couple cooler bags, and even TV in each of the bedrooms. Everything is spic n span in this house, down to inside the cabinets. Nicole is such a responsive and thoughtful host, checking in to make sure all was well, and responding quickly to any question or concern. I could not say enough about her. I hope to return often, and would only hope to stay here again!

A place for comfort, convenience and fun in the sun.

With hurricane Ian bringing destruction to the area and destroying our plans, finding this place was amazing. Nicole had great communication with me. The place was wonderful - clean, spacious and the location is great. The condo had everything you could possibly need for your stay and any trips to the beach you may take. We used the pool every day and met the friendliest people in the complex. The location is great as we traveled to Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs and downtown Naples often throughout our stay. Great area to walk with the weather being so beautiful. Absolutely no complaints. Looking forward to our next stay here. 🌴☀️

Clean, great location, wonderful place to stay

We booked this condo just about 3 weeks before our trip as three of us wanted to get out of the cold with a Florida get away. The location is close to everything, but with no traffic concerns while we were there. The walk to the beach is just one mile. Or you can drive and park for the day for $6 at the state park. There was a moderate but efficient line to get into the parking for the beach. The condo host was attentive and responded quickly to any questions. The pool is basic but nice. There is no great view from the condo, but nothing annoying either. The three bedrooms provided a spacious get away space for our group of three ladies. I would definately stay here again.

STOP! Don’t pass this condo up!

This place had everything we needed for our week at the beach! Check in and communication easy and timely. The condo was very clean and very well stocked with items to enjoy the beach. The pool was also nice as we enjoyed several relaxing swims. Kitchen was also nicely stocked if you wish to cook a meal and stay in. However, location is also fabulous and near everything you need - grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. The beds are very comfortable. One FYI some of the outlets are connected to the light switches. Not a problem at all once you figure out which outlets turn off when the switch is off. We felt totally relaxed and at home during our stay and would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

I didn't want to leave!

This is a lovely, clean villa in a safe and quiet area of town. Still so close to the beach and shops though! The beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy - and it was stocked with everything we needed for a 1.5 week stay, with bonus items for the beach gear (cooler, chairs, umbrella). Nicole was a wonderful hostess. I hope to be back here next year!

This condo had my 3 "c's"...convenient, comfortable and clean. Well maintained. Loved the new wood look tile flooring. Plus, Nicole was a wonderful communicator...she promptly answered any questions before and during our stay.

Perfect location!!!

What a gem of a place this condo was to us. Perfect location and clean and inviting. The rooms were perfect and the condo was equipped wirh all the things you need for a nice vacation. Beach towels, chairs, cooler.... it was great! The pool was nice and right outside the door. The kitchen had all necessary devices and made it fun to cook!! Nicole was always available for any questions. Definitely coming back to stay!! It was a quiet location but next to everything. Fabulous!!

Five Stars!

We are having a condo remodeled and needed a place to stay. We rented for three weeks in January. Nicole was great making all the arrangements and was very responsive to questions. The condo was bright and cheery and the place was immaculate. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms had lots of nice towels. This place is close to everything shopping and is a nice walk or bike ride to the beach. It is nestled off of Vanderbilt in a small and quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place. The location and comfort of this home made it a great choice for me.

Our family has resided in the Naples area for over 20 years. As we took trips to visit relatives, we began to fall in love with the quiet neighborhood and easy access to the beach. As we watched a beautiful sunset a few years ago, we realized we needed to own a piece of property in this land of paradise.

We fell in love with this property because of its quiet environment and location. The condo sits west of 41 in a development next door to my in-laws. Therefore my father-in-law is able to act as our property manager, and maintain the beauty of our home even when we are away.
