Unidad de bien equipado Muy limpio, con bien pensado comodidades para una estancia confortable. Bonita habitación tamaño de la familia con comedor. La cocina está bien equipada con utensilios de cocina y vajilla. Una habitación de matrimonio con baño en suite y una habitación de matrimonio con baño de la sala. Acceso primer piso y puerta a la zona de aparcamiento para facilidad y comodidad. Hermoso patio privado, pero cerca de Tamiami Trail, de fácil acceso a las principales atracciones de Nápoles.

Excellent location in Naples

Comfortable, nicely decorated and convenient location in Naples made this an excellent choice for our vacation. Owner very attentive to all requests/comunications. Absolutely recommend!

We had a great time. The condo was roomy and very spacious. The only thing was there was no pool but beaches close by worked well. We wished that there were more bath towels for use.

great location

The owners, brock and debbie are some of the nicest people on the planet !! Unit has unreal location, you can walk to 20 restaurants!! Super clean, lots of room, the screened in lani is big and we used it every day. area is safe, walk alone after dark if you want, no problem. probably the best value in all of Naples.

Home away from home

Even before we arrived, Deb welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The unit was so clean, and had everything you need, and the check in/check out process was so simple. Just as lovely as the unit it, Deb is even more so. Talking with her seemed like talking to a long time friend. We will be back!

Naples vacation March 14 - 28th, 2015

Hi Deb, You asked us to review our stay at your condo in Naples on what we liked. I think the question would be "what's not to like?" We had a great time and everything was perfect!!! Loved how everything; stores, restaurants, and the beach were so close. The bike ride to the beach was so beautiful along the way. The neighborhood was great as well to get out and run and to walk our dog Henry. The place was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decorating was very homey as well. Also, the neighbors were so friendly and helpful with our questions on where to eat, etc. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. It was the perfect vacation. Dan, Vickie and Henry.

Great Naples Experience

We were late in deciding to vacation in FL this year and when we started our search in Dec15, our selection was very limited. We were very fortunate to find this property available for one month in Feb16. We were thrilled with the total package and a few of the unexpected positives with this property. First of all, the owners and other tenants were some of the most pleasant people we've ever met in FL. The place was very clean and well decorated. Bikes were available along with beach chairs and a BBQ grill in the Lanai. Parking is very convenient. Access to some of the most beautiful beaches is 5 minutes away. There's an endless selection of restaurants and retail stores. The totally updated kitchen was a joy to use. Our upstairs neighbor and his wife were wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Amazing host and great place to stay in Naples!

Deb is an incredible host! This condo is super clean, newly appointed and well maintained. Our family and I had a fantastic time staying here. The location is perfect and so convenient to all of Naples including Venetian Village, the beaches, Five Avenue, local restaurants and shopping. Uber is very reliable and reasonable to many restaurants and attractions. We could not have had a better time!! Steve and Caryn

Perfect location

Excellent Naples Condo

This Naples Condo was great to rent! The condo is very comfortable and is so close to all the main attractions in Naples including the beach, shopping, and great restaurants! Best location

As other reviews mentioned, the condo is spacious, nicely appointed and was immaculately clean. But the absolute best thing about it is the location! We go to Naples every spring break and know that if you don't choose wisely, you'll be spending a lot of time in your car sitting in seasonal traffic. The unit is centrally located near all the best shopping and dining, the Zoo and parks, and the beach. We especially like Clam Pass park/beach, the Naples Pier at sunset, and Cambier park, Fleischman park, and Lowdermilk park for the kids.

Back again!

Well, I hesitate to write this review because frankly, I don't want to "get the word out" to a lot of people about our special "find". Everything about Pinecrest is great---This condo is so tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped with every single thing you could possibly need or want, linens are abundant, nice bicycles are available, neighbors are very helpful and friendly, the owners are fantastic, landscaping is beautiful, the building itself is constantly being maintained and the location---wow! the location!--within walking distance, there is a wide variety of restaurants, publix, dollar tree, drugstores, Home Goods, Fresh Market, churches and upper end shopping. We have gotten to the point where we don't even want to look for another place while visiting Naples---we just keep coming back to what feels like home---Another big bonus for me is that I can take my pet. We have stayed for nearly a month on our last 2 visits and I can't leave my furry friend for that long. It's so great to be able to take a walk with my dog around a friendly neighborhood in 70--80 degree weather. We are booked again for next year---when we're driving out of the parking lot to come back to Kentucky, I can assure you that I am counting the days until January!

Central Naples Condo - April 5 thru April 10

We arrived to a locked condo, but luckily, Aaron (who lives upstairs), let us in with his spare key. Everything that we could possibly need was at our disposal. The location was centralized for our needs. The unit overall was very clean, but previous tenants left dirty kitchen utensils in the kitchen drawers. I would recommend this unit as a rental, but only if you do not mind staying in a property that does not allow for a lot of sunlight.

Naples vacation March 2015

Can't say enough good about this place. Super clean, decorated wonderfully, furnishings and beds very comfortable, it's obvious no expense was spared. Very well supplied kitchen, not to mention the location was perfect, 5 minutes by car to the beach or 10 minutes by bike which were supplied. Close to downtown. Great restaurants nearby. Aaron upstairs was a big help on telling where some things were and was available if we had any problems which we didn't. Would stay there again in a heart beat and would like to stay longer.

Naples, Florida - 2 Bedrm Condo

This year is our second season at this location. We highly recommend staying here. The owners have been very good in taking care of any matters we might have had. The neighborhood is great for walking, not a lot of traffic but close to the down town area, good restaurants & the beaches. The neighbors are warm & friendly, feels good to be here. Best of all we were able to bring our little dog.

Pinecrest

We just returned to Ky. after spending most of January at the Pinecrest Condo on Morningside Drive. The condo itself is so comfortable and very tastefully decorated including a screened lanai, grill and equipped with everything one could possibly need including bicycles and beach chairs. But the location is the real deal on this gem located within walking distance to just about everything for necessities (Publix, Fresh Market, Dollar Tree, Home Goods) and luxuries (Waterside Shops, The Villages, many restaurants, etc.) We rode the bikes that were provided to the beach daily. The owners are more than accommodating and it is evident that their facility is well maintained. Pinecrest truly felt like home away from home---and we're back for January 2015!

This property is an excellent location for guests visiting Naples to have a great place next to the Moorings and Seagate, close to beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was an easy choice to make this a successful and excellent place to offer to seasonal guests. We maintain a clean, quiet and great environment for guests.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Great screened lanai for outdoor dining, large mature trees and large private yard. We are on a quiet road with no heavy through traffic with a one mile circle of residential road that allows a perfect morning walk or cycling in evening.
