The apartment itself was good, but unfortunately, the poor communication from the staff and workers made our experience very disappointing. We were also bitten by insects that we could not identify, and there were mosquitoes in the apartment. When we tried to report these issues together with the toilet problem, no one answered the emergency line. We felt very frustrated because we could not get help when we needed it. The apartment was nice, but the lack of communication and support seriously affected our stay.

The apartment was missing some furniture like a wardrobe and drawers, and there wasn't a towel rail available, I noticed the main entrance was frequently left ajar, and there was a fire alarm, which made me wonder about possible smoking, However, the location was ideal for my conference at the University, Picking up the keys was a breeze, and it was easy to get to from the lovely train station,

The only thing I noticed was that my room didn’t have internet access, which could be a concern for business travelers, Since I was only staying for a night for leisure, it didn't bother me too much, I did notice that I could see the WiFi from the nearby rooms, so it might have just been a temporary glitch, The facilities were even better than I anticipated from the pictures online, The space was generous, and the location was fantastic for the price, The shower and bathroom were quite spacious and comfortable, which is impressive considering I'm 6'6, Just a heads up for those checking in, the reception is about 1km down the road, so make sure to read the instructions carefully, It wasn't a problem for me, and the staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating,
