The owner confirms that each property gets a 1 hours private slot on a rota each dy. Also there is a swin open to all guests at 9am and 6pm.. The 40-acre estate includes farmland, woodland, orchards and two lakes, creating a haven for wildlife. Guests can make full use of the impressive indoor heated swimming pool (17m x 5m, depth 1.2m), complete with sauna, showers and changing facilities. There is also a tennis court, children’s play area with swings and slide, football nets, and an EV charging point (payable to owner).

The welcoming games room features a pool table, table football and table tennis, alongside a wide selection of toys, games, books and DVDs. Comfortable sofas make it the perfect place to unwind together after a day exploring.

Outside, a charming courtyard garden offers seating and BBQs for al fresco dining. Set within 40 acres of beautiful grounds, Moorleaze boasts woodland walks, a tranquil lake, a pond and a peaceful Zen garden.

This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received), 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
