Esta casa está completamente amueblada con una cama king size en el principal (baño en suite) y una cama queen en la habitación de invitados. Recién pintado. Incluye carrito de golf: prueba uno de nuestros 5 campos de golf en la comunidad de Sun Lakes. Electrodomésticos completos en la cocina además de una lavadora / secadora. La comunidad de Sun Lakes ofrece muchos servicios que incluyen piscinas climatizadas, canchas de tenis, pickle ball, instalaciones para hacer ejercicio, restaurantes y más. This was a perfect spot for us, but maybe not for those with young kids. It is a quiet community pool and kids are only allowed for 4 or 5 hours each day.. The place was well supplied with laundry supplies, lots of kitchen gadgets etc…

Beautiful location, quiet street, and easy access to the freeway. Love Sun Lakes! It was so fun to take the golf cart out exploring. The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Sun Lakes Property - Super Awesome

Cheryl was great and easy to communicate with. The house was very nice in the middle of a quiet community. Golf Cart was an unexpected added bonus for us to enjoy our stay.

Fall Family Visit

Perfect! We all enjoyed our stay so much. Everything you need and so much more. We just had a blast staying here. The kids loved the pool and the golf cart:) The dog and I loved the greenbelt walks so much! Highly recommended. Hosts are awesome.

CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!

We were so pleased to find this great house which was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the ambience was so nice and homey. Lots of comfortable furniture and the beautiful couch had a pull out bed which was a bonus. The owners are wonderful to work with and the house is located in a beautiful and safe area with close access to the freeway system. We were so grateful that this was available for all the time that we needed so our son could recover from a very serious spinal surgery. Thank you M & C!

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Great home and excellent location. Best we have encountered in 20 years of trips to the Phoenix area. We had a special request for check in and it was honored and appreciated. Joe was very easy to get a hold of and more than obliging. All in all a great experience we hope to repeat!

Great house, Great hosts!

We went to Arizona to visit my mother and the house we rented from Cheryl and Mike was perfect. My Mom’s house was only 2 miles away and we had a great visit. Cheryl and Mike met us at the house and showed us around and how the golf cart worked. The golf cart was a lot of fun. We saw some wonderful sunsets out riding around. Everything was so nice and comfortable and we would definitely call Cheryl and Mike again when visiting Mom. Thanks for making our trip so nice.

Arizona Retreat

I had a wonderful stay at the property. I was visiting for cancer treatment and the accommodations had everything I needed, Including the swimming pool which I used daily via the golf cart. The house was very comfortable and provided a wonderful healing environment. Cheryl and Mike were responsive and caring and wonderful. I definitely recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable

We were greeted by Cheryl and she walked us through the home and made sure we knew how to operate the tv, golf cart, etc. It was fabulous to use the provided golf cart to zip up to the pool, clubhouse or restaurant. This place had all the necessities to make our stay wonderful. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Great community and close to everything. Check out Stone and Barrel for great food and view. Thanks Cheryl!

December Get Away

This location was perfect for us for our December get away! It was close to my parents' house in Sun Lakes so it was very convenient for visiting them while we were in Arizona. It was great to take advantage of the golf course with the use of the golf cart. We are looking forward to our visit next December.

Wonderful place and beautiful area!

Waiting for our house to be built we needed a place to stay for 4 weeks. This property is perfect! Great amenities, fun neighborhood and community. Owners Cheryl and Mike are truly wonderful people and they even allowed us to extend our stay a few extra days. Thank you for making a stressful time in our lives actually pleasant and fun!

Comfortable with attentive hosts

The home was as pictured, spacious, very comfortable and suited our needs well. We both miss the super comfortable king-sized Sleep Number bed. The garage was wonderful to have so we didn't have to get into a hot car every morning and could safely leave some of our items in the garage. Every amenity nearby. We aren't golfers but were close to hiking trails at South Mountain, Flatiron and Picacho Peak. The community was very quiet. Cheryl and Mike were very pleasant and attentive. The few issues we had were dealt with quickly. We've never had hosts make a point of meeting us, which was nice especially as we got an introduction to the area and how to drive a golf cart. We'd definitely stay with Cheryl and Mike again.

Convenient to freeway and family

The unit was very close to our family and close to all stores we needed. Owners were very responsive. When our garage remotes didn't work, they came by right away to fix the issue. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Although we spent most of our time at our nieces home, we had most everything we needed at the property. Would definitely consider staying here again.

May Stay

Owners met us at the the house when we got there. Cheryl and Mike are very nice people. A golf cart was available to us and we used it several times. The house was cozy and ready to go. We look forward to staying there again.
