The maisonette spans two levels: On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and a lovely terrace with a garden and balcony—the perfect spot for morning coffee, relaxation, or dinner under the stars.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a private shower.

It perfectly combines tranquility with easy access to the city and everything you need.
