Maximum 6 guests, including children and infants. No parties, events, or photo shoots allowed.
Primary booker must be at least 35 years old. No unaccompanied minors allowed.
A noise monitoring device is installed at the entrance (not in sleeping areas or bathrooms) to ensure guest safety and community peace.
Other Notes:
A baby bed is available on request for an additional fee of £40. A high chair is also available for £40, or both for £60. Please request these after booking.

Property may differ slightly from the photos due to recent updates or rearrangements. Any such changes will be noted in the listing when possible.

If an in-person key handover is needed and you arrive between 19:00–21:59, a £50 fee applies. From 22:00–00:59, the fee is £90, and after 01:00 it's £120. All in-person check-in fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Notify us by SMS or email if you are delayed.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for inspections, maintenance, cleanings, or viewings with reasonable notice, or without notice in emergencies. Viewings may take place between 08:00–19:00. For bookings over £1000, payment may be required via secure link or bank transfer for verification and banking purposes.
