There is a slight rumble from the trains in the background as it is so close to Euston station. It is broadly undisruptive, however, if you are a very light sleeper it would be worth taking this into consideration when booking.

We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front entrance of the property and the rear entrance of the property which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device on the back of the property which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
