Sea View Apartment with Terrace - Sunrise

Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in this lovely apartment in Villajoyosa, ideally located just steps from the beach and featuring a wonderful terrace with sea views. Perfect for families or small groups, this accommodation offers a welcoming and functional space where comfort, practicality and a beautiful seaside setting come together to create a fantastic stay.

The apartment can accommodate up to six guests and features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a bright living room with a sofa bed for two guests, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The property also has one bathroom with a shower.

One of the highlights of the apartment is its wonderful terrace with sea views, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax in the sun or unwind in the evening while taking in the Mediterranean scenery.

The accommodation is equipped with:

- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper

The apartment offers ducted air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Please note that stairs are required to access the accommodation.

Please note that, due to nearby construction works, some noise may be heard during the day.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
