Welcome to our beautiful Regency apartment on Lansdowne Place, one of Brighton & Hove's most iconic seafront terraces.

Set within a stunning period building just moments from the beach, this light-filled apartment combines grand Regency architecture with colourful mid-century interiors, creating a unique and memorable place to stay on the Sussex coast.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family holiday, a weekend with friends, a work trip by the sea or an extended stay in Brighton, you'll find yourself perfectly positioned to experience the very best of the city.

THE SPACE

One of the first things guests notice is the incredible natural light. The apartment's floor-to-ceiling Regency sash windows flood the living space with sunshine throughout the day, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere from morning until evening.

We've carefully designed the apartment to feel comfortable, welcoming and full of character. Inspired by our love of travel, design and creative spaces, the interiors combine period charm with colourful mid-century touches and thoughtfully chosen furnishings.

GETTING AROUND

One of the best things about staying here is how walkable everything is.

Many guests arrive and don't use their car again until they leave.

Brighton Station can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes, while local buses and taxis make getting around quick and easy.

London is approximately one hour away by train, making Brighton an ideal destination for both UK and international visitors.

PARKING

Parking in Brighton & Hove can be limited, but there are several options nearby.

Guests can usually stop outside the apartment briefly to unload luggage if a space is available.

Most nearby parking is pay and display or permit-controlled.

For longer stays we recommend:

• Grand Avenue, Hove, approximately a 10-minute picturesque walk along the seafront from the apartment, with non-permit holder parking available via the PayByPhone app

• Brighton Station car park, managed via the APCOA Connect app

• Brighton Marina's free multi-storey car park, with a short taxi or Uber ride back to the apartment

We're Bridie and Harri.

We both work in the music industry and have spent years travelling the world with bands, artists and live events. Through our work we've stayed in hundreds of hotels, apartments and guesthouses across countless cities.

Creating this apartment was inspired by those experiences.

We wanted to design a space that captured everything we love when we travel: comfort, character, great design, a fantastic location and thoughtful details that make a stay memorable.

We're passionate about Brighton & Hove and are always happy to recommend our favourite cafés, bakeries, pubs, restaurants, walks and hidden gems.

We genuinely love helping guests discover the city beyond the guidebooks.
