Increíble Suite En Napa Silverado Resort

Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you enjoyed the clean apartment and great location. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back for another stay soon!

Fantastic! So happy you loved the property! We work hard to create a great experience for our guests, so your feedback really makes our day. Thanks for staying with us!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We take guest feedback seriously and will look into the towel and espresso pod issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again soon.

We're glad to hear the room served its purpose for your one-night stay. We understand you had some concerns about the fixtures and the overall feel. We've actually had many guests comment on the charming, classic ambiance of our rooms, finding them quite cozy and unique. It's a bummer you couldn't get the coffee machine to work and that ice wasn't readily available – we'll definitely look into both of those points to make sure future guests have a smoother experience. We appreciate you bringing these things to our attention.

Thank you Diane for your review. My unit is inside the 5 stars Silverado Resort. You are right that there are different levels of unit sizes and prices...and I also have larger unit in the same resort. However, they are at a higher price and I recall your budget was on the lower end. The unit is exactly as described and yes it has all the hotel features and hotel amenities (swimming pool, restaurants, etc.). Some people require a kitchen, some don't. One thing I want to clarify, the parking is not 1 block away but right in front of the unit. It appears that the welcome message with all these instructions were not followed. We would have loved to let you know also on the phone or text about these details in the email we sent prior to your stay, if only you would have contacted us before your check-out. We hope you will come back in this unit or any other of the resort to make your stay even more enjoyable!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your understanding that we have rules to maintain order and ensure everyone's safety. While we understand your preference for using the carport, our rules are designed to keep the area clear for everyone. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the bathroom door and sliding door, we'll investigate and address those issues promptly. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and your feedback is valuable in helping us improve.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we take guest feedback very seriously. While we can't speak to every detail of your stay, we can tell you that the property description and amenities are carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy. Many guests have enjoyed spacious accommodations and the convenient location near the pool. We apologize if this wasn't your experience. Regarding fees and taxes, these are always clearly listed upfront. The pool access restrictions are unfortunately beyond our control, but we strive to be transparent about them. We'll double-check the parking pass instructions to ensure clarity. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continuously improve.

It's disheartening to see your 1-star rating. We're genuinely surprised by this, as our team works incredibly hard to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the feedback we typically receive is overwhelmingly positive. Many of our previous guests have shared wonderful experiences about their time with us. We hope that despite this, you might reconsider in the future.
