Ingrese a Mustique 301 y disfrute de más de 2,500 pies cuadrados y alojamiento para dormir hasta para 11 personas. Las ventanas del piso al techo se alinean en las paredes de la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio, lo que acentúa las extraordinarias vistas del golfo y la laguna. Todas las habitaciones del Mustique 301 cuentan con suites y cuentan con ropa de cama generosa. La cocina totalmente equipada está decorada con encimeras de granito, una gran isla de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todas las comodidades del hogar. Really nice stay, but needs new pots

6 adults and 6 kids stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The place was clean. We liked the wine frig and ice maker that were not on the amenities list when we booked. This unit has the largest back terrace. There are only 2 parking passes per unit so we had to spend an extra 100 to park at a Premier parking down the street. The lot was not full so that was annoying. The walk to the beach is easy. Since there are just 2 condos per floor, there was plenty of space to store beach gear and the wagons outside our door. The main problem we had was the pots were super cheap and old. There was also a shortage of silverware. But the worse thing was the can opener was horrible. I would go back, but bring my favorite skillet, a can opener and some plastic forks.

Wonderful Rental

The beds in the back bedrooms as last time are in desperate need of new mattress. We did a little cooking but the exhaust fan on the stove was broken.

GET AWAY

We were very excited to book this particular condo for a quick getaway. Just viewing the pictures was exciting to see and being close to the beach and also enjoying the fresh air was what we all needed. Upon arrival we were able to check-in with no problem. once inside the condo it was even more beautiful. Once we settle in and enjoying the view from the balcony after dinner, we ran into a couple of small problems. in the master bedroom bedding sheets and pillows had large amount of old blood stains on them. Which l believe the rooms sheets and pillows are not been washed or changed out. The floors were very sticky and dirty which made it very noticeable to see. But I must say we had a leaky toilet and after calling about the plumbing issue it was fix immediately. Again, small issue did not stop us from enjoying this particular condo. But I will say to the owner please please check your condo from time to time to make sure there are pulling off the bedding in each room and not just remaking the beds after each guest has checkout. please require fresh clean linen and floors properly clean. Cross contamination is very serious with having blood on bedding!

Thanksgiving Trip

Each year my family stays in this Condominium for Thanksgiving. It is very spacious and quiet. The property managers are always very nice and will to help with anything. We will definitely stay again.

Great Vacation

A couple of have stayed at this complex before (not same condo) and truly enjoy the proximity to the beach and the bay. The dock is equipped with a lounging area that is peaceful and relaxing. The beach is a very short walk away and fairly quiet. We did have an issue with the ice maker, and the property manager was quick to respond. This particular unit is great because it has a large balcony on both the front and back of the unit which we greatly enjoyed. And this unit was equipped with everything you could want in the kitchen. Overall it was a great place to stay. I do wish that portion of the beach was cared for a bit more (nothing the owner can do anything about). The shells were terrible, several of our crew cut their feet. So be sure to wear your shoes all the way down to the water!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This building does not have generators. There was a bad storm and we had to sit through a power outage during our stay. Also, the furniture needs to be upgraded. Upgrade the televisions as well. Nobody wants to watch cable. Housekeeping barely cleans. We had to wash all of the bedding ourselves and wipe down everything. There isn’t much cookware available. They say you are allowed 3 parking passes on the website but when you book you only get two. If you want to book something nice, book phoenix condos.

Loved the Location and Private Beach

The Condo was nicely appointed, clean and in a great location. The view of the ocean from the front and waterway from the huge back balcony was a treat. We had 5 adults and 7 kids and everyone had plenty of space. The kids bunk room was awesome, they all slept great. The adult beds were little uncomfortable and could probably be replaced. The only complaint I have was that the balcony railings were being replaced which meant maintenance men were in and out for a day and we were not given a heads up. Again on a second day, men were on the front balcony for quite some time and we were instructed to not lean on the balcony...with 4 kids. Bottom line is the Condo is beautiful , large and clean the manager was great to work with, the beach is very accessible, close to town...and we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, great location, great balconies, beautiful beach

Reviewer Comments: This condo had almost everything we were looking for. 4 big bedrooms, large kitchen/dining/living room, 2 spacious balconies, great views, clean, and reasonably priced. The microwave wasn't working and manager was out immediately with a replacement. Manager was very responsive. Beach access and shower are perfect. Hot tub and pool weren't too busy. We had an amazing week! The only thing that would keep us from returning is the mattresses. Several of the mattresses/box springs (particularly in the north two bedrooms) are past their life span. They sag and creak loudly when sitting on them or turning over. Our group highly recommends mattresses be updated. (Bunk mattresses were good.) If mattresses were updated, we would be back in a heartbeat! We had a great stay overall.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The unit was clean, well equipped and spacious. I couldn’t get the master br tv to work but we were ok with out it. The view made up for that.

We made the best of it

We rented this property because it had a great bedroom set up for our family. That is the only positive thing I have to say about it unfortunately. It went downhill from check-in. The property clearly states only 2 vehicles per rental even though I was told when I rented it that I could buy additional passes when I checked in. Upon arrival I asked how to obtain these additional parking passes and nobody could tell me how or where to obtain them. Michael just kept telling me that parking has never been a problem. When I told him I was trying to be proactive as to not get my family’s car towed he became very rude telling me had told me 3 times that parking has never been a problem and if I was that worried about it that I could get offsite parking. Then on day two every bodies feet were so black from walking around on the condo floors that we all had to wear shoes at all times while indoors. The under side of the comforter on my granddaughters bunk had something chunky dried on it that appeared to be vomit. I’m guessing housekeeping does not check the bedding on beds that appeared to be unused but that’s just a guess. A couple of the bedrooms had a ton of dust on the headboards, there was a plastic bag labeled ‘meat’ that I can only assume was left under the bed from a previous guest and one of the sliding doors would not lock. Wish I could report a better stay because the layout of the condo was a perfect fit for our family. Will never rent again.

Not worth the price.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach, pool was nice. Condo was less than nice. They had definitely forgot about our reservation. Michael the Phoenix Rental guy said there were no reservations under our names - but we’ve been texting and talking to him directly the last month. Floors were filthy - our feet were literally black after an hour of being there. There was even blood on the floor of one of the rooms. Sand in all the beds. Things definitely need to be updated. Microwave is cracking and rusted inside. Cooking pasta took over an hour to boil. Other than all the wrong, the views are great. Won’t be coming back to this specific condo again though.

Phoenix Rentals saved our family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: As we were on our way to Gulf Shores, on day of our arrival, our previous reservation (with another reality company) was cancelled due to a water leak that forced our rental to be cancelled. They didn’t have any other properties that could accommodate our amount of guests. I called Phoenix Rentals and spoke with Michael. This property was available but was not on the schedule to be cleaned that day. He worked diligently to ensure that the property would be able to be cleaned and ready by the time we arrived. They were so helpful and accommodating and my family is forever grateful that they helped us when we were in such a mess!

Great place great for large numbers

Overall clean and super close to beach. Loved the layout of condo and location - pans need replaced but that’s being picky I’d definitely stay here again ❤️

LOVE this PLACE! 2nd STAY at 301!

Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, but we’d seen what appeared to be roach paper traps in the kitchen etc. We actually seen a couple of live roaches this time. Last time we’d seen one roach in the bunk room. We did notice some chairs in the main room and one on the balcony that needs replaced that we were NOT able to use because of being broken. BUT other than that our stay was wonderful as could be. I would stay again and highly recommend this place.
