Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor prized East corner directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with a beverage cooler, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo was in a great location but the bathroom baseboards were dirty and there were some other minor issues e.g. a leaking toilet, broken floor tiles, etc. that need to be fixed. Overall, nice condo in a great location that was just what our group of 10 needed for a long weekend.

Lots of LOVE for BAMA!

The tile was broken and loose, covered up with two old curled rugs that was a tripping issue. Floors so dirty you had to wear shoes in the unit. Fish smell in refrigerator, all area rugs were filthy, toilet leaked on the floor. Need more dining room chairs. Furniture and some mattress need to be replaced. Pictures will follow.

Family Vacation!

Our family had an excellent time!!! The condo exceed our expectations! The location on the 3rd floor was perfect for a family with lots of kids going back and forth to the pools! Everything was perfect we plan to stay again!!

Family fun trip

This place was wonderful! Very close parking, unloading carts easily accessible, very friendly staff especially the security staff!! Everything was very clean and stocked! So close to the beach and the pools were great!! We will definitely make this an annual family destination. Thank you!

Great family stay

We had 5 couples and a newborn and there was plenty of room in this condo. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need (great balcony views, indoor and outdoor pool, easy access to beach, etc.)

Week in Gulf Shores

Stayed in condo with two other couples, all in our 60s. Place was simply great, location was absolutely wonderful! A few minor items that were previously mentioned by others (only one working hairdryer), but overall, a fantastic place to stay. Indoor Pool temperature was great. Parking is on same floor as condo and parking was safe and secure. We would definitely rent here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is perfect, roomy & clean. The kitchen is beautifully updated & everything is provided. The property includes a wonderful outside pool with a shaded portion to get out of the sun plus a super fun water slide everyone loved! The indoor pool is perfect, too, except the tan tile floor is super slick, so you really have to avoid walking on the tiles to avoid falling.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was spacious and location was great. Floors were in terrible shape with MANY ceramic tiles broken/cracked or missing which was covered up by rug runners. The common bathroom had an odor of urine upon arrival and smell remained throughout our stay. Stove was less than desirable, burner either got HOT HOT and burnt everything or it took 30+ minutes to get a cup of water to boil. Went purchase a griddle at local retailer to use for the week.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy this spacious rental. We did have a few minor issues that were more from the cleaning crew perspective. Coffee pot still had grounds from previous renter, the stuff that was swept up from previous renters was just swept in a pile in the closet, no sheets were on one of the beds, there was one brace off on the floor from another bed. We didn’t let those things bother our trip. This is a very very nice place and it a great area.

Super spring break.

Our family of 15 fit in this condo perfectly. It was clean and met all of our expectations. The indoor pool and slide were a big plus for our grandchildren. Our age range was 69 to 2 years old. Everyone had a terrific time. Highly recommend.

Our 2023 Christmas

The view! Right on the beach, with the sound of the waves when you step out on the large deck. The beds weren’t great but the rest of the condo was great for our family of 11. We stocked the kitchen but what items we ran out of, there is a small grocery right across the street. And when we decided to eat out we Ubered our way around or walked to The Hangout.
