🚗 **Free Parking**

One reserved parking space for one vehicle is included at Wetherspoon Car Park, around a 1-minute walk away on Fleet Street.

⚠️ Council road restrictions may prevent vehicle access to Fleet Street after 8 PM, particularly Thursday–Sunday and on busy/event nights. If the bollards are raised, the car park cannot be accessed by vehicle. We strongly recommend arriving and parking before 8 PM.

**Please Note**

The apartment is close to Concert Square, one of Liverpool’s busiest nightlife areas, so some external noise should be expected, particularly at weekends. Complimentary earplugs and a white-noise machine are provided.

A £150 refundable security pre-authorisation is required before arrival and released after check-out, provided no charges are required.
Double the standard security deposit may apply to last-minute bookings, potential parties, or bookings raising concerns about possible house-rule violations. If any house rules are breached, the security deposit may be retained in full.
• Please remove your shoes inside to help keep the flat clean for everyone.
• Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM — we want to respect the neighbours.
• Only the number of guests included in your booking (up to 6) are allowed to stay overnight.
• Parties, unregistered visitors, or loud gatherings are not allowed.
• Please turn off all lights, heating, and appliances before you leave.
• Kindly clean up after yourself — especially in the kitchen (wash dishes, wipe surfaces).
• Treat the space with care. If anything breaks or goes wrong, please let us know right away.
• At check-out, make sure the keys are returned to the key safe and the door is locked securely.
