SOBRE EL HOGAR

¡Todo en esta casa es completamente nuevo! El interior ha sido completamente actualizado con pintura nueva y fresca, pisos nuevos, alfombras nuevas y baños renovados.

Además, la casa ha sido equipada con todos los muebles, ropa de cama, sábanas, televisores nuevos ... ¡Todo en la casa es nuevo!

En el departamento de abajo encontrarás dos dormitorios y un baño completo. Uno de los dormitorios tiene una cama king-size; el otro dormitorio tiene dos camas gemelas.

Hay una gran sala familiar (o "rec sala") equipada con un 55 "HD TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de Blu-Ray DVD. Su grupo disfrutará relajarse y pasar el rato en esta amplia sala temática de la "Universidad de la Libertad".

Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo se encuentran en el nivel de la planta baja.

En la planta baja, a la sombra de la cubierta superior, se encuentra un antiguo columpio en el porche donde relajarse en la atmósfera tranquila de este entorno pastoral.

NOTA: La casa no tiene una parrilla al aire libre.

Hay estacionamiento fuera de la calle para 2 vehículos.

NOTA: El apartamento de la planta baja no tiene acceso a la cocina o al porche cubierto que se encuentra arriba. Sin embargo, hay una pequeña nevera y cafetera en el apartamento de la planta baja y un bonito patio en la planta baja con un agradable porche columpio antiguo.

The house and the property are lovely, as is the whole area. It is very convenient to Liberty University, restaurants, groceries, and shopping. We were very comfortable during our stay. Valerie is easy to contact and very helpful.We were perfectly aware there is no kitchen, but it would be convenient if there were a few utensils and maybe a few paper plates for take-out food, deliveries, left-overs, etc. That said, I can heartily recommend a stay at the apartment.

PERFECT!

I can’t emphasize enough how clean this place was! The location was very convenient for LU campus visits and avoiding traffic. The quiet neighborhood with large yards and great street for walks were a welcome change compared to many other places in the area. It was cozy and spacious inside. The hosts should own more properties in the area - it’s great to have a clean and safe property when visiting our LU student! Highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

Great stay in nice apartment

Valerie was wonderful with communications. We were so busy at Liberty U (which was great) that we unfortunately didn't get to spend a lot of time at the apartment, but the location was perfect and the appointments were very nice. It was a great, comfortable place to come back to at the end of our days. We'd love to stay again in the future.

Perfect Cozy Stay to Visit Liberty University

This place was adorable! When we arrived, we had no idea how close it actually was to Liberty University. It is literally right behind the campus. We were here for CFAW at Liberty and were able to go back-and-forth several times during the day as needed. It was so so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, living room was perfect for hanging out and watching movies. We had no issues, checking in and out. Highly recommend over hotel stays. We will absolutely try to secure this one again as we visit our daughter who will attend Liberty over the next 4 years!!!!

Lovely little getaway

This is our second time staying here. The first time we had the whole house and this time we only rented the basement. It had the minimum of what we needed. A few beds and little fridge and common area for our family to sit and chat. We were gone most of the daytime so it was fine. Bed was comfortable. We love the water softener on the water system! Someone else was renting the upstairs so we could hear them late at night walking around and and early in the morning walking around above us. That was the only caveat. But we like this vacation rental a lot and would def stay here again.

Best Location

We had to drop off our daughter at Liberty and this home is so close to the school that it made life easy as we hurried back and forth between dorm and VRBO. We have stayed in the entire unit before, but this time we stayed only in the bottom portion which was all we needed this time around. Will rent the whole house next time we come visit!

Home Away From Home

We stayed here while moving our son into his apartment to attend law school at Liberty University. Valerie was prompt at answering my questions and was extremely accommodating. This downstairs unit (in a bi-level) was truly a home away from home. It was VERY clean, cozy, welcoming, & comfortable. The beds in both bedrooms were great & the living room is spacious and allows everyone to stretch out & relax. There isn’t a kitchen, but the large table for four, mid size fridge, coffee pot, & more make it accommodating & easy to have meals there. The bathroom is spacious & has a great shower! There’s also a laundry room off the bathroom. It’s very quiet and peaceful. It feels like you’re further out in the country, but yet everything is so close! Great wi-fi, great lighting inside & out, great a/c & central fan. There’s even a lil porch swing below the deck out back for this unit to use. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Excellent location for LU

We stayed here while touring Liberty University. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Next time we'll rent the upstairs though to have a full kitchen. But everything was exactly as described and we were happy with everything. Thanks for a great VRBO stay

State Games of America

This place couldn’t have been anymore perfect. We were located extremely close to the Natatorium and the space provided my kids room to decompress. Valarie was easy to communicate with and I would recommend it to anyone.

We bought our first vacation rental property in Summit County, CO (which we have subsequently sold) and have owned condos on lovely Okaloosa Island in FL since 2014! Our next vacation rental purchase was a home in Lynchburg, VA and our most recent purchase is in sunny San Diego. We have loved sharing our homes with our guests over the years.

We loved the house's close proximity to our alma mater, Liberty University...In just 4 minutes you can be on campus enjoying a thrilling football game, a baseball game on a sunny afternoon, convocation services with world-renown guest speakers and outstanding music or first-class theatrical productions by the drama department. There is so much going on at Liberty University that we know our guests will love being so close to all of the action!
