Our Cozy Cottage on Perrymont is centrally located: 11 minutes to Liberty & Randolph College, 4 minutes to University of Lynchburg25 minutes to Sweetbriar College and 9 minutes to Centra Hospital. With quick and easy access to down town, the mall and hiking this home away from home is a wonderful getaway spot. Stocked with card and board games, washer/dryer, streaming options on each tv (living & 2 bedrooms), fully stocked kitchen including kids needs, sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

Two bedrooms one bath

Bedroom one: blue room- queen bed, TV for streaming, charging stations for phones, suitcase stand, hangers, many pillows with more in hall closet, nightstands with lamps, closet has a pack n play for child use. And a queen blow up mattress on the shelf

Bedroom two: double bed, tv for streaming, charging stations for phones, suitcase stand, hangers, many pillows with more in hall closet, nightstands with lamps

Bathroom: stocked with towels, wash clothes, makeup towels, hand towels (with extras of all items in hall closet), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, individually wrapped toothbrushes, clothing steamer (sometimes left in hall closet if not under the sink)

Kitchen: fully stocked with baking dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving platters, cooking, utensils, eating utensils, salt, pepper, all cooking, spices, cooking oil, coffee pot with coffee, creamer, and sugar, individual teabags, wine glasses, mugs, pizza, cutter, wine, opener, wine, stopper, kids dishes utensils bib, cups and a high chair beside the washer and dryer

Living room: bistro table and two chairs, couch, swivel rocking chair, extra blankets, TV for guest streaming, card games, tick tac toe, books, floor lamp

Outside: sidewalks through neighborhood- on good weather days expect to see many neighbors out on a stroll, kids riding bikes and dogs being walked

You will be given an access code just before checkin that will work for both the front and back door.

One hall closet has a code lock on it for the cleaners you code will not work for that door

While kids are welcome, the house is not baby/toddler proofed
House Rules

• No pets and no smoking inside the home

• Please use the shoe tray at the entrance

• Please do not move furniture, except the coffee table if needed

• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start it before checkout

• No parties or events. Guests are responsible for extra cleaning fees and may be asked to leave if neighbors are disturbed

• Please notify us if anything is damaged or not working

• Place used towels and extra blankets in the laundry hamper

• Please park in the driveway or on the street only
