The property boasts seven beautifully decorated, bright and generously sized bedrooms – all on the first floor and all are super-kings, with three having a zip-and-link option to be converted to twins, providing flexible sleeping arrangements as you need. All the bedrooms have sleek, contemporary en-suite bathrooms with a WC. Five of the bedrooms have access via patio doors out onto a balcony where you can drink in the sea views in private.
Outside, there is a 60-metre-wide garden, mainly laid to lawn, looking directly out over the Atlantic and the stunning North Devon coastline toward Braunton Burrows, Saunton Sands, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. With a patio area featuring garden furniture and loungers, fire up the gas BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco on sunny days. Your four-legged friend is not forgotten, with an exercise field fully fenced and gated, available adjacent to the garden, how's that for convenience.
