Set in 1.5 acres, this charming holiday retreat is semi-detached. The owners have a separate wing and there are two other holiday cottages privately situated within the grounds. Step inside the covered porch, which opens into an impressive entrance hall that immediately sets the tone for the house, with its generous proportions and strong sense of symmetry. From here, the home unfolds beautifully. The elegant sitting room provides a wonderful space for relaxing, with ample seating and views over the gardens and beyond. The TV lounge offers a more informal retreat, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV – perfect for movie nights. The well-appointed kitchen is an exceptional space with everything needed for cooking up group feasts. The dining room enjoys stunning views and comfortably accommodates a large table seating 10 people. Moving upstairs, five gorgeous bedrooms await all with TVs. Expansive lawns are framed by established trees and thoughtfully positioned seating areas, offering both open spaces for socialising and secluded corners for quiet relaxation. Beyond the boundaries, the gardens neighbour an orchard and grazing alpacas, enhancing the rural charm and sense of connection to the surrounding countryside. Ample private parking is available.
