The farm is set within 250 acres of apple orchards and woodland and is home to the renowned Malvern Gold Cider. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this characterful property offers a peaceful retreat with space for up to 12 guests. Tranquillity awaits in this picturesque village, close to Malvern. Set off on foot or by bike to explore the surrounding landscape, visit the Malvern Hills National Landscape (3 miles) for far-reaching views, or enjoy wildlife spotting at the Knapp and Papermill Nature Reserve (5.5 miles).A local brewery can be reached on foot through the orchards, offering a unique experience right from your doorstep. The wider area also offers cultural highlights, including the Elgar Birthplace Museum and the magnificent Worcester Cathedral. Malvern (2.5 miles), a historic Victorian spa town, features independent shops, eateries and the impressive Malvern Priory, while Eastnor Castle (10.5 miles) and British Camp Hill Fort atop Malvern Beacon (6.5 miles) provide excellent days out.

Approached via a private track through established apple orchards, this impressive home features exposed beams throughout, with antique furnishings and Tudor-style décor enhancing its historic charm. The welcoming entrance hall, with its original staircase, leads to a range of sociable living spaces. The open-plan kitchen/diner is well-equipped for preparing everything from relaxed breakfasts to more substantial meals, while the orangery offers a bright and elegant setting for dining together. The drawing room is a particularly impressive space, centred around a log burning fire, perfect for cosy evenings. Throughout the house, each room has been thoughtfully furnished with comfortable sofas or chairs, and there are several quieter corners with chaise lounges and generous armchairs, ideal for curling up with a book and relaxing away from the main living areas. A cosy reading nook provides an additional peaceful spot, while a selection of toys and board games ensures entertainment for guests of all ages. For those feeling more energetic, the games room offers both pool and table tennis, along with a hi-fi system for music and entertainment. With no immediate neighbours, guests can fully relax and enjoy the space. The ground floor features a spacious double bedroom, with a shower room located just across the corridor. On the first floor are four further bedrooms: two large king-size rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with a bathroom next door. On the second floor is a final twin bedroom, offering wonderful views towards the Malvern Hills and its own small living area.

Outside, the rear walled garden includes a terrace with seating, a BBQ, and a large fire pit, perfect for gathering together in the evenings. There is also an enclosed lawned area with swings and space for informal games. Beyond this, guests can explore further grounds including two large wildlife ponds, a small nature reserve, and surrounding greenery. To the front of the house is a charming courtyard and garden area. Private parking is available for several cars.

- For those wishing to bake, there is a selection baking trays and hand mixers and whisks.

- Utility/boot room, washing machine, tumble dryer.

- Games room with a pool/ping pong table and hi fi.

- Smart TV in the lounge

- Wood burner (large bag of logs supplied – small charge should you require extra)

- Highchair available on request.

- Enclosed rear garden with terrace seating and BBQ. Further grounds, including ponds and walkways

- To help you settle in, a welcome pack is provided, including locally produced jams and coffee from a local producer.
