Very nice place to stay. Property is clean and well maintained. Location is close to the beach, and on the more quiet end of the board walk, but close enough to walk to the center of activity. Very easy to deal with the property manager, check in & out were seamless. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the stay

The apt. was cute and clean. The beach access is so close. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach/boardwalk. We will be back.

Needs updating

We had a one night stay before starting our cruise. Pricing was better than the hotels in town, but we didn’t feel as comfortable as we feel is necessary for any overnight stay. Although the advertisement for this property is very honest as you look closer to the properties likes and dislikes, we believe a few updates would really help this property. Starting with the living room, the couch was very uncomfortable and the tv didn’t well. The French doors were dirty. The refrigerator did not dispense water or ice and no bottled water was available. Bathroom was dated and could use a facelift. The biggest problem we had was. With the bedding and bed comfort. Cheap sheets and bed needs updating. Sometimes we can overlook e writhing else if the bed is wonderful. We are trying to give an honest review so the owner can reflect and maybe make necessary changes and guest can make an educated decision on whether this place works for them. All in all, you get what you pay for. I must say communication was good, check in and out was easy, and the overall location Was nice - not on the beach but very close.

Wonderful Apartment, Steps from the Beach!

Great first level apartment spacious apartment, within feet of the Hollywood beach. Wish we had more time to spend here. Would definitely stay here again.

Good value at attractive price point

The host Roberto was very accommodating and let us slide our dates back due to Hurricane Milton. The property is nice and it's in a very convenient location, with the beach and little shops just a stone's throw away. Check-in is easy. The location is just a short drive from FLL airport.

Perfect beach getaway

Roberto’s place was perfect for us! Very clean; kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed! Lots of towels as well. We did reach out to Roberto for a couple of small things & he quickly responded to help us out. Roberto’s place is very clean, quiet neighborhood & close to the beach & the broadwalk. Would stay here again & recommend this for your Hollywood vacation!

Great place, steps to the beach, quiet neighborhood, next to Hollywood Beach broadwalk, fully equipped kitchen, towels, beach umbrella, we enjoyed our stay except one thing…. Queen bed only. Thank you, Roberto, we already tried to book it again for late May but it was occupied for our dates

Accommodations were exactly as listed. The Unit was very clean and Roberto was absolutely wonderful!! Location couldn't have been more perfect for enjoying the beach and Broadwalk and being at the southern end of the Broadwalk, it is extremely peaceful and I felt very safe in the area and loved having an outside area to sit and relax and the extra bonus of a dedicated parking spot. I look forward to returning!

Awesome time

We just wanted to say that this was the first we have ever been in Hollywood FL and we were extremely pleased. Our accomodations and host, Roberto, was top notch and we will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later

Very close to the beach

Location and having a parking spot right outside the apartment building was great! Street parallel parking could be a hassle sometimes. Everything you need is in the apartment. Kitchen could use a deep cleaning. But all in all if your looking for a quiet, walking distance to beach and boardwalk on Hollywood beach this is the place to stay. 3 people is the max for sure, queen bed with a small full pull out couch made it just perfect. Roberto was on point with returning my phone call and was very pleasant. We rented bikes from the bike shack not to far north from the place and enjoyed some ice cream right on the boardwalk. Thank you again! We hope to return in the future.

Great location!

Great location! Would recommend bringing own pillows if you like fat ones. The pull out couch isn’t really something you can sleep on, it’s better left as a couch. Other than that, everything was fantastic, clean and I would definitely stay again for the price and location. Owner was very accommodating as well!

Awesome place

We stayed here for our second time. It's a perfect spot for a couples getaway. The unit is very clean and quiet. You have your own private courtyard and it's literally steps from the beach and boardwalk. We loved it! Roberto the owner is very responsive and a nice man. Highly recommend this little place.

Perfect getaway bungalow

This until was immaculate and literally steps to the boardwalk and beach. Super quiet property with a wonderful private back yard courtyard. We slept SO well. Everything you need is there and Roberto, the owner, couldn't have been nicer or easier to communicate with. We're stopping in again next week and will rent this place every time we head to the Keys when it's available. Absolutely wonderful!

Great Place

Excellent place to stay with easy access to FLL airport and FLL cruise port (5-7 mins by Uber). Was 100% as described and great host. Our only complaint is that the mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced it is only and lumpy and does not provide a decent night sleep. The rest of the accommodation and furnishings were great

The perfect spot

Literally the best spot. The only complaint I have is there is only one pillow per person and they are flat. Other than that everything was great. Very retro. Right by water!!!

Unquestionably the best host I have ever delt with.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and I plan to return often. I tried to reserve this property in advance, but the property was booked so I was forced to rent a property nearby. In a last-minute disaster, my reservation was cancelled, and I was left stranded with no place to stay. When I tried to find another rental, I found that this property was now available for the next day. I booked it and contacted the host Roberto and asked if I could come in that night. He agreed and saved my vacation. I love this place, it is clean, comfortable and very roomy. The location is prime with so many things to do near-by with fantastic restaurants. The neighborhood is great and parking is convenient. You must get up early and walk to the beach for the sunrise, they are SPECTACULAR! Roberto is awesome and he will make sure your stay is enjoyable.
