We stayed at this condo for a few nights and overall it was a little disappointing for the price we paid. I’ll start with the pros: this is an awesome location and located directly on the boardwalk with just steps to the beach. Other than that, the condo itself is not in the best condition. Almost everything is in need of some updating or care. The hallway leading up to the unit on the second floor has a very unpleasant smell and is very run down. That is out of the owners control though I guess so we’ll move on to the interior of the condo. There were paint chips in the wall, staining of makeup on the bathroom door, mildew in the shower grout all over, dust on the towel rack, broken window in the bathroom, and only 1 butter knife in the silverware drawer that had food crusted on it. We mentioned the mildew to the owner, as I could ignore the rest, and he quickly responded and said he would come to clean it after work, but then after he came and we returned to the unit that evening it looked like he messily painted over the grout to cover it instead of cleaning it? That was disappointing. As other reviewers mentioned, the water barely got hot and the drain needs some draino. The unit is also I need of some new bath towels, as the ones they offer are quite old and scratchy. Ultimately, this place is fine if you just need somewhere to rest your head and want something right on the beach, but the price should be lowered accordingly to accommodate for the condition of the unit.
