Please note that the house is equipped with a stovetop with oven – This is a traditional Everhot range cooker. That when turned on, it operates at a single, constant temperature. Unlike modern cookers, the heat cannot be adjusted up or down. It provides steady warmth and is designed for slow cooking and keeping food warm.
Laundry & Ironing Facilities - The property is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes airer for drying, and an iron with ironing board for your convenience.

We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must be 21 years old to complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!
A £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings and Homes & Villa by Marriott Bonvoy stays.
For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out.
