Situated on the owners’ working farm in the village of Denby Dale, this chic property is located in a wonderful position on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The village of Denby Dale has ample local Delis, shops, pubs, and the landmark railway viaduct. Ride the steam train which runs along a narrow gauge railway with glorious views of the Dearne Valley or explore the local footpaths and cycle routes on your doorstep. The local train station is less than a mile away with lines to Leeds and Manchester.

Enter this unique country home into the hallway and onto the grand open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The vaulted ceiling and vast amounts of glass windows ensure natural light, with sweeping countryside views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you’ll require, while the trendy dining table is a six seater and perfectly suited for a family games night. The lounge area has cosy deep-seated sofas set around a wood burner-effect electric fire, Smart TV and wonderful windows onto the scenic countryside all around. The first bedroom is a lovely twin and the second is a rustic king room boasting an en-suite shower room. The stylish family bathroom is located on the same level too. Finally, the main bedroom is located up a few steps with beautiful beams over the king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom for privacy.

Heading outside there is a patio area and gravel area with seating, offering up magnificent views over fields and, on occasion, livestock too. Located to the side of the house is a hot and cold outdoor tap, perfect for washing down pampered pups and muddy boots after a long walk. To the front of this property is a parking space for three cars.
