Just a short stroll from the waterfront, the property makes a fantastic base for families exploring the picturesque seaside village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey), with a championship golf course and a glorious long sandy beach both nearby. Situated along the north bank of the River Dyfi as it flows into Cardigan Bay, the village is also known for its quaint pastel-coloured houses, the Old Roman Road and charming Picnic Island. A range of local activities on offer include sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing.

The apartment is accessed via a flight of steep external steps leading up to the property’s main front door, plus three further steps to enter the building. An inclined path runs by the side of the building for guests wishing to avid the main flight of stairs. Once inside this bright and refreshing property you will find the spacious and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of seating, Smart TV and electric fire, the lounge makes a perfect space for everyone to unwind in the evening, watch a film and chat into the night. The central dining area is ideal for sharing a favourite family meal together, which you can rustle up in the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, under-counter fridge and freezer, microwave and an electric double oven with gas hob.
