Located between Montrose (9 miles) and Arbroath (7 miles), this beautiful coastal-styled cottage offers a fantastic location for ease of access to the white sands of the stunning Lunan Bay (2 miles), a haven for a romantic break or families looking to get away from it all. The beaches of St Cyrus and Montrose are within 14 miles if you enjoy long walks with the dog or water sports such as paddleboarding, or just want to explore the rock pools with the kids. The Angus and bordering Aberdeenshire coastline have much to explore including Dunottar Castle (29 miles), majestic in its position and much used in many film locations. The area is great for cyclists and walkers looking to explore the area. With Arbroath close by, you can enjoy a visit to explore this lovely town with its historic abbey – if you like seafood, try the famous Arbroath smokie.

Escape from the stresses of everyday life in this welcoming property which offers plenty of space and flexible sleeping arrangements. The property has good accessibility with all bedrooms and living areas on the same level. The modern interiors, sunroom, and windows throughout allow for plenty of natural light to flow through. You can cook up a great family meal in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy eating together in the dining area located in the sunroom, seating six people comfortably. Later in the evening, you can retire to the lounge and get cosy in front of the wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV, winding down the evening with a glass of wine or a dram. There are three bedrooms to choose from: the master bedroom has a lovely king-size four-poster bed, there is a super-king-size room that can be made up as twin beds if required and, finally, there’s a bunk room with full-size bunk beds. Completing the property is a stylish family shower room.

Access to the rear garden patio area is via the porch located at the rear which serves as the main entrance. The cottage is an end-terrace property with a sloping front lawn and garden shrubs. At the back of the property, there is a hot tub, fire pit, patio, garden seating and a charcoal BBQ for dining alfresco, along with uninterrupted views across Lunan Bay and surrounding farmlands.
