The Coach House duerme 8-10 en 4 habitaciones con 4 cuartos de baño / ducha y está situado a unos 4 kilómetros de Arbroath. Su característica principal es la enorme sala de estar que incorpora la piedra original y los arcos de la antigua Coach House original y la impresionante vista de los bosques de Kinblethmont a través del área acristalada de la terraza acristalada. El jardín amurallado y su zona de juegos, huerto y terraza grande están a pocos pasos de distancia.

Se han utilizado materiales de alta calidad desde la sólida escalera de roble hasta las superficies de trabajo de granito pulido en la cocina de alta especificación con todas las comodidades modernas.

El Coach House se mantiene acogedor y cálido, con calefacción por suelo radiante en la planta baja y radiadores en la planta superior, todo ello alimentado por astillas de madera de la propiedad de Kinblethmont y también hay una estufa de leña para acurrucarse en las noches más frías. Cuenta con un televisor 3D con canales Sky y un reproductor de DVD, así como wifi gratis para los momentos en que te sientas como en casa.

Se accede a la zona del patio desde las ventanas francesas de la habitación solar y tiene mesas, sillas y tumbonas que le permiten aprovechar al máximo el mejor clima. O si lo prefiere, el área de la habitación solar es un bronceado y tiene sillas para relajarse, lo que le permite ver pasar el mundo, observar algunos pájaros (proporcionamos los binoculares) o simplemente vigilar a los niños mientras juegan afuera. .

Hay un dormitorio doble en la planta baja con un cuarto de ducha al lado para aquellos a quienes les resulta más difícil abordar el piso de arriba. La gran sala de la familia en la planta superior puede alojar hasta 4 personas por el uso de una cama de día y tiene un televisor para DVD. The Coach House se encuentra junto a 'The Stables', que tiene su propia entrada en el extremo opuesto del edificio y sus propias áreas de jard��n. . Sin embargo, las dos propiedades pueden abrirse para grupos familiares más grandes.

Great place to stay

The property was absolutely beautiful better than the picture, it a great place to stay, we had a group of 8 adults and had the best time. The place was easy to find the grounds are great to explore and has a number of attractions near by. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Thank you for the great communication which made the process of booking and organising so smooth 🙂

Superb property

Amazing accommodation in the Coach House on the Kinblethmont estate. Exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need, clean as a pin and crisp white bed linens. I would highly recommend.Located within easy reach of Arbroath where you have to try the Arbroath smokey , visit the working harbour and go for a cliff walk.

Our second time staying, and we'll be back again.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped, we rented the coach house and the stables as we needed all 6 bedrooms. Our friends had the chauffeur's cottage. All in all an excellent property in nice surroundings.

Absolute Paradise

We stayed in the Coach House and it was FABULOUS!!! There were 8 of us at one point and we had an amazing time eating at the long table and lounging outside and around the gardens. The weather was perfect and we used the barbeque often. Jessica was super helpful and we had a great time exploring the surrounding area. This place is a gem and we look forward to returning one day : )

Wonderful return visit

Once again we enjoyed a wonderful stay with our friends in the coach house. The same high standards as last year were very welcome. Was lovely to speak to Jessica in person who was happy to meet any of our requests. Hopefully will return next year

A lovely holiday home

The house is very roomy, nicely furnished and well equipped to handle larges groups. The grounds were peaceful and quiet with lovely walking trails throughout the property. We loved the Walled Garden, enjoying a picnic there on our last night. The location is convenient to lots of wonderful Scotand sights, yet away from the hustle & bustle of the city. Jessica made sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience, from booking to departure, was delightful.

Rented coach house and stables for a few days. Was a really good decision, had EVERYTHING we needed, I have rented loads of houses UK and abroad and this one stands out for all the right reasons. Big enough for group of 12 with both adjoining houses. Comfort level was very good. Very private place too. Trying to find a negitive nope can't think of one*****

unforgettable!

We had already expected a lot from the advertisement. But seeing the house was overwhelming. We spent an unforgettable week as a group of seven friends in a luxurious house in a beautiful setting.the only regret was that we were not able to take full advantage of the many facilities offered by the estate, such as the walled garden.

Wanted for nothing!

Our stay at the Coach House and Stables was quite simply perfect, it exceeded all expectations. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail that has gone into making your stay as comfortable as possible is just spot on, we really didn't want to leave! The layout of the house was ideal for a large group, we spent a lot of time at the big table which was ideal. The kitchen and living areas have all the equipment you could possibly need. The surroundings are also beautiful and so peaceful. We were very lucky with the weather so spent time wandering around the grounds and gardens before relaxing in the amazingly comfortable sun loungers. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it's a hidden gem. I want to keep it to myself but I won't!! Thanks Robert and Jessica, we will be back :)

Lovely house in a peaceful spot

The Coach House is a beautifully renovated building which is very well appointed as a holiday house. Beautiful location within the grounds of an impressive estate. We loved the eco- credentials too! Great amenities within the walled garden for fun and games! Would highly recommend.

Everything and more.

Photo gallery was a true reflection of the property but was more than pleasantly surprised to find lots of quality extras eg plenty of dishwasher and washing tablets, lovely shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and shower gel with super shower units.

Kinblethmont Coachhouse

A very spacious accommodation which amply suited our party of eight adults and one infant not quite two. We enjoyed a couple of bbq's in the spacious and almost secluded garden which is surrounded by greenery and made good use of the firepit also. The furniture and fittings were of high quality. We enjoyed walking the various paths through the woods to the walled gafden which is massive. There is a badminton and volleyball net set up in the gardens and a table tennis table. There is also a chest with croquet equipment and other bits and pieces. In summary a fabulous place to stay!

Stayed with family over New Year . Coach house was very spacious and bright.Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you needed to make family meals. Plenty of space for everyone to get together also for the children to play.

Fantastic Place

This is our second visit and we love it. This time we were extra pleased by the addition of the Christmas tree. It was a lovely touch. The house is well equipped. Everyone had a great time, so much so we booked another visit for June while we were there.

This was a three generation October break. We all loved the experience.

The house and grounds were well maintained and very attractive. A major safety concern for the young and old was the open wooden staircase. The open plan ground floor allowed early morning children's play to rouse sleepers and TV needed to be quiet. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. The toy box and play things in a huge walled garden was a big hit.

A Great Stay

We certainly were not disappointed when we arrived at Kinblethmont Couch House. It was such a beautiful home with outstanding surroundings. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area and it is a must to visit Lunan Bay while staying there. Scotland is a beautiful country and this visit made our trip from Canada certainly worth every minute.

A Little Piece of Heaven

This was our fourth visit to Kinblethmont but our first visit to the Coach House. We loved every second of our stay. My husband and I went with my parents and our 2 sons, aged 12 and 2. There was ample room for us all. My parents had the downstairs room, my 12 year old claimed the family room and my husband, Me and Joe used the other large double room. The house was well equipped and some lovely touches leaving Jam, oat cakes and biscuits in the kitchen. My son's mainly like to play at the amazing Walled Garden. We were there daily and my 2 year old was particularly fascinated with the lawnmowers around the estate which kept the grass maintained! We took our annual trips to Lunan Bay, Friockheim, Arbroath and even managed to see Arbroath win a football match! We will most definitely be back to Kinblethmont. We are all so fond of the place and wee Joe is asking to go on his holidays again so it was a hit for a boisterous toddler too. Thank you for helping us make some wonderful memories.

Beautiful House in a fab quiet location.

We loved this house , How quiet and beautiful it was. The house had everything you needed and we all didn’t want to come home. Would definitely stay again. We had a birthday celebration and especially enjoyed the walled garden.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful cottage

This was our second time staying at Kinblethmont and it was just as good as we had remembered from last year - the Coach House was beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped. Grown ups and kids alike loved the walled garden, and seeing pheasants strolling past our door. Very helpful hosts. Had a lovely trip to Lunan Bay one day. Highly recommend this property and estate. We will be back again next year!

Kinblethmont Coach house was the old cart house for Kinblethmont Estate which has been owned by the Ramsay family for generations. The carts would have been in the lower area between the arches with the hayloft above. In later years it housed the smart motor cars before falling into disrepair. In 2012 an EU grant was obtained to have it converted into a beautiful holiday let.
The Ramsay are still farming on the estate - Robert runs the farming and renewable energy, his brother Jonathan the woodlands and estate and Jessica his wife runs the holiday business.

Kinblethmont Coach House is positioned in the centre of Kinblethmont estate surrounded by tranquil woodlands - such a peaceful place! The huge open plan living area h as a definite wow factor and looking out into the woods with plenty of space for all members of your group. The estate is wonderful -lots of walks and of course the walled garden - sometimes called the secret garden- with its play areas and peaceful setting - a short woodland walk away . You will have everything you need to feel at home and any help only a quick phone call or text away - there will always be someone nearby to help you.
