The Space
The apartment is extremely bright and quiet; it has been recently renovated and furnished.
It’s located on the fifth floor with an elevator, offering you a panoramic view of all of Milan.

The apartment is located in a residential building in one of Milan’s quietest and most central neighborhoods, close to all major amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, and cafes.

The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for families, friends, colleagues, and even couples.
It features 3 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

-The first bedroom has a double bed, a closet, and a private balcony where you can admire the beauty of Milan.

-The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, two desks, and a closet.

-The third bedroom has a single bed, a double bed, and a large closet.

-The kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite meal, including a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, dishes, silverware, glasses, and a coffee maker.

-The bathroom includes a toilet, a large shower, a sink with a mirror, a hair dryer, a washing machine that you can use for free, and a complimentary toiletries kit.

-The balcony is private.

The apartment is very bright thanks to its floor level.

It also features completely free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web or work remotely quickly and without interruptions.

Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with your digital keys.

*A €100 FEE WILL BE WAIVED FOR THOSE WHO LOSE THEIR APARTMENT KEYS.*

DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI ROUTER! YOU RISK BEING UNABLE TO ENTER!

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.


PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES ( (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.

There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, A PENALTY WILL BE IMPOSED.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
