They have started to build a new villa next to my land, I sorry about the noise, but they started at 8 and not at 7 as you say, I would have notified you if I had known when the work was starting, that land has been empty there for 25 years, I couldn't have known!! 4.My apartment on the ground floor is completely separate, the door that separates my floor from yours is closed on your side, and in no way can I access the villa from that door, I don't live there, but I use that apartment as a support.5.
