Saviors tour

The property was extremely clean and tidy. Located close to the Geodis park venue and other local sites. The neighborhood was very quiet. The cottage was exactly what we needed for our stay. Dave is an excellent host.

Perfect spot just outside the city

Beautiful little cottage. Updated and comfortable. Close enough to the city to enjoy all Nashville has to offer but far enough away to be able to get some privacy. Dave is a great host and so responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Location and Host

A great property in the middle of all the Nashville action! Dave is very attentive and quick to return messages. The house was clean with a large backyard in a residential neighborhood.

We couldn’t be happier

Staying somewhere that’s not home is always nerve racking when you’re with the whole family. You want somewhere safe, clean, and able to accommodate all of us well like home. This home exactly did that. Not only were the supplies of everything you think you may need there to help, but it was so cozy, clean and LOCATION was close to Everything!! Worked out at the gym down the street, close to grocery store, right off highway, so close to airport and downtown. We very much appreciated the communication with Dave and how accommodating and nice he was and the place. We loved it. Thanks again!

College tours and vacation!

My husband and I stayed here with 2 of our kids (17 and 8). The teenager slept on the couch in the living room, and the eight-year-old slept in a bedroom. It was nice to be able to put him to bed, and the rest of us could stay up. Dave was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. The house was perfectly appointed with little touches that made us feel right at home. Thank you especially for the hairdryer, the sound machines, Acoustic guitar, coffee pods and mints, and so many more things. The neighborhood felt safe and our house was easy to find even in the dark! Thank you so much Dave for everything you did to help us. Also, beds are super comfy.

Great Stay

The cottage was just what our little family needed for our visit to Nashville. It was a great home away from home. The cottage was easy to check into. The entire place was squeaky clean. The place felt inviting after a long drive down to Nashville and it was a great place to relax after all our outings. Dave was also an amazing host. He communicated with us throughout our stay. He made sure we were always informed. He also provided coffee and such for the Kuerig. Dave also provided a booklet of great places to eat and great places to see. All the little touches around the cottage made us feel welcome and thankful for our stay. We enjoyed our short vacation at the cottage.

Home away from home

We could not have felt more at home at the cottage, unless there were three labradors there to greet us after a long day in Nashville. We actually opted to stay in on our first night of our trip because we just didn't want to leave! Everything you need is at your fingertips, and Dave is an amazing host. Excellent communication and he is very helpful with suggestions and any questions you have. We will be staying at the cottage for every Nashville trip from here on. I can't wait to come back and see that beautiful print of Willie.

Perfect stay and host

The property is well-equipped, cozy and comfortable. The beds are great and there are many extra touches that make this cottage stay the best!! The host was amazing! He was so incredibly kind and gracious and was there to help us out when one member of our party became ill. He cares about your comfort and satisfaction. It was a superb stay! This property will be my go to cottage whenever I visit Nashville.

Perfect Stay

We were very pleased with the home. I would rather this an overall 10 the cleanliness, accessibility, and accomodations are spot on! The owner is so kind and communicates clearly l, he even went over an beyond and had us a Christmas Tree decorated just in time for Christmas 🎁. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely return.

Great cottage stay!

We had a great week stay at the cottage for Thanksgiving week! It had everything we needed, was clean, cared for and on a nice quiet street. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had close access to many things in the Nashville area and enjoyed the visit overall. Thank you so much!

Perfect base camp

Explored Nashville, Leepers Fork and Franklin. Great location for an easy Uber downtown. The cottage had everything we needed for a great stay!

Dave's cottage was the perfect place to stay. The entire house was beautiful inside and out. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Took his advice and UBER'ed to downtown Nashville. Super easy. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

When we had the opportunity to buy the house next door and convert it into an Airbnb, it was a life-changing moment. We are all about making sure everyone has a wonderful experience visiting Nashville. And we wanted to create the kind of home we would want to stay in when we travel---not just a place to stay, but THE place to stay.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Because of our location, you'll be close to everything. While our neighborhood is located just off the interstate, we're also positioned between two 4-lanes that get you in and out of town in a hurry, avoiding our over-crowded interstates. Ubers to town take about 10 minutes, way cheaper than parking a car. So close to it all and yet---the neighborhood is family-friendly, quiet and safe. It's the best location in town!
