Lovely little apartment. Great communication. Decorated so cute. Very clean. In an older building. Been renovated. They provided a lot of little extras that you definitely don’t find in a hotel. Good pricing. Only 2 cars allowed so not an issue for us but should be considered if several coming to stay. We would book again when we return.

Amenities were great! Appreciated having paper goods and bottled water. Loved the make-up mirrors, wipes and dark wash cloths too. Very clean and pretty, plus the beds were comfy! We would recommend this house to our friends! P. S. loved the coffee bar!

Very comfortable beds. We loved the decor & colors of the apartment. Very quiet location, only about 15 min drive to downtown for Broadway.

Elisha was a fantastic host! She allowed us an early check-in and her communication and responses were so kind and quick.The house was spotless and perfect and soo inviting!We walked in to the Nashville lighted sign on the wall, country music playing on the awesome flat screen tv and the place smelled great!The 2 rooms were plenty of space, plenty of closet space with towels and hangers ready. Nice side tables and stools with a lighter mirror I used a lot.It was very Hot during our weekend there and the air conditioning was top notch!! Worked very well and the room darkening window covers were a win as well.Bathroom was a nice size. Good water pressure! Plenty of little extras. Super clean!! They have a nice Binder that really details and lays everything out. This was a great home choice for us! I would absolutely stay here again! Uber friendly. Quick rides. A perfect distance really! Thank you!!

The shower did not drain well when we took showers. The water pressure was not strong enough to rinse our hair out well and the toilet ran constantly unless you messed with the handle. I did not contact the owners about it, however it was something that I wouldn’t think you would have to worry about. The online pictures looked more inviting than in person.

Memory “Mae”Ham not Mayhem

Our group was three generations of five women all family celebrating three May birthdays and the glorious bonds of mothers and daughters. We made so many memories at this adorable home and in Nashville! The location was close to all the incredible neighborhoods and establishments we visited. We had no difficulties driving from one place to another. After our long days out and about, we slept comfortably and was rejuvenated for another day of adding more memories. The beds were as comfortable as described by other guests!I have stayed in many homes and had surprises that no one mentioned which led to some disappointing experiences. This home was EXACTLY as pictured and described by other travelers. And best of all, Elisha was astounding with her quick responses to any questions we had! She was a pure joy to work with! All five of us will recommend this delightful home to all friends and other family members.

Small Duplex, but Clean & Close to Downtown!

I booked this spot on VRBO for a quick trip with a few of my family members. I was bit surprised that it was a duplex, I was not expecting that. However, it was cute and clean on the inside. There were 2 identical bedrooms with queen size beds & a pull out queen size sleeper sofa. The check in/out process was easy. All in all we slept fine & we appreciated the cleanliness. It’s a nice little place to stay if you plan to go out and explore Nashville and just need somewhere to stay that’s quiet and close to downtown.

A peaceful retreat!

I recently stayed at this lovely home and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The place was quiet and provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Cleanliness was a top priority here, as the accommodations were spotless and well-maintained, making me feel right at home.What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. They were incredibly welcoming and provided great information about the area, including recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made for a seamless and enjoyable visit. Would definitely stay here again.
