Burt Lake vive con increíbles puestas de sol. Salga del rancho con más de 100 pies de frente en el hermoso lago Burt. Hay 4 dormitorios, una habitación con literas y 3 baños que permiten que la casa duerma 12. Espaciosa terraza en la parte trasera de la casa que brinda suficiente espacio para disfrutar del aire libre y de Burt Lake. El acceso público para lanzar su moto de agua personal está a poca distancia de la casa junto con la famosa Hoppe's Tavern para disfrutar de excelentes comidas y bebidas. Incluye un 10% de descuento para reservas de más de 7 noches durante la temporada alta.

Detalles:
3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos están ubicados en el piso principal. Hay un sótano completo que incluye una sala de estar amplia, un baño completo nuevo, un dormitorio y una habitación con literas para 4 personas. La planta principal incluye una cocina y un comedor totalmente equipados, configurados en un formato abierto con vistas al lago y con acceso directo a la terraza grande que da al lago, un lugar perfecto para comer al aire libre. Una sala de estar independiente en el piso principal ofrece espacio adicional para relajarse con una chimenea y un televisor. El sótano de la huelga incluye una gran sala de estar con TV y chimenea, y tiene acceso directo a la orilla del lago a nivel del suelo. Las habitaciones en el nivel inferior incluyen una habitación con cama grande y una habitación con literas para 4 personas. El hogar es adecuado para los niños e incluye una silla alta y paquete y juego.

Wonderful week at Burt Lake, the kids swam each and every day! The house is very spacious for the number of people it accommodates. The backyard is perfect for the kids to play in, with good shading from the trees. The scenic road is great for a morning walk. We hope to come again next year! Thanks Erik for the easy process, from reservation to check-in and finally check-out, and for sharing your home with us.

Great Place Great Lake

Very clean and comfortable. We had a great week, everything went smooth. The lake is beautiful and the view from the deck is relaxing.

Beautiful lake house

We really enjoyed our stay in this lake house on Burt Lake, the owners were very attentive and responsive to any issues. I would have liked to see a Kayak or canoe but the hammock was amazing and the lake was clean and shallow, great for kids but bring your water shoes.

A Great Vacation with Family

Our family of 10 (3 generations, ages 14-76) had a marvelous time at your Burt Lake property. Everything was clean and in good condition; it was well furnished with necessary linens, beach towels, furniture and kitchen equipment. We had plenty of “people room” and never felt crowded or in need of more space. Our family celebrated two anniversaries and a birthday; the kids enjoyed being at the lakefront , and the hammock was VERY popular. We used the deck, yard, dock area, beach equipment, and enjoyed many restaurants just a short drive away. The weather was fantastic aside from a one hour downpour Monday morning, and you certainly have no control over that! Our stay was delightful. Thank you for be so prompt answering our questions before we even arrived.

Family Vacation

We had 11 people staying there and it never felt crowded. The house is much bigger than it looked like in the pictures and was extremely clean and organized. Erik has excellent communication and is very responsive. We would highly suggest this property!! We made a lot of new memories and had a great time!!

Very nice lake house

The house was roomy, very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with kitchen and other stuff. The only things we would have added were wifi, another floor lamp in the living room and brighter bulbs in all living room lamps. The deck, the large tree shaded backyard, the dock, the lake and the area were all great. We hope to rent it again sometime!

Burt Lake August 2019 - 2 families

Really enjoyed our week at Burt Lake. House had plenty of space for our two families of four. Backyard was great, room for the kids to run around. Fire pit is in a great spot, had a fire every night with a great view of the lake. Kitchen/house had everything you need. The owner Erik was very responsive to any questions, and even texted me to see how our stay was going. If we are looking to stay in this area again, I would stay here for sure. Short walk to Hoppie's for food/drinks, and only ~15 minutes to Indian River/Burt Lake State Park.

Fun on the lake!

We had a 3 generation family group ages 5-68 staying. We all had a great time and the accommodations were just perfect! We had a fire in the fire pit every night. We also enjoyed the hammock. The kitchen was super well stocked, beds comfortable, plenty of towels. We had the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs and our grandsons loved the bunk room. We rented a pontoon and moored it at the buoy that is provided for that purpose…I noticed that in some other reviews they complained about having to “swim” to the buoy to get the boat, but the water there is only waist deep. No trouble at all. We loved that Hoppies was just a short walk down the street…the food was great and it was easy to take the whole group out or just some adult time for the parents. It was a great central location to explore the upper LP and the lower UP!! We made great memories that will last a lifetime in this lovely home!!

We thoroughly loved the week we spent at Burt Lake. The place was very comfortable, the lake was clear and beautiful, and the sunsets over the water were stunning. We had an issue with the garbage disposer and they came right away to fix it. We’ll always cherish the memories we made at Burt Lake this summer, and hope to be back soon!

Burt Lake

Lots of amenities and things for the kids to do. The cleaning people left some nice basic food staples like salt and pepper, spices, coffee, ketchup, mustard and some other basic pantry items. It was. nice that we didn't have to run out to the store to get them. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fun in the Michigan Sun

Really enjoyed our stay. The house has LOTS of room. Well stocked kitchen, games, cards... omg... we didn't need to take nearly as much stuff as we did! As others commented, we didn't like having to swim out to the buoy to retrieve the pontoon that we rented. We loved hanging out on the deck and there was lots of shade. It was truly a great place!

Burt Lake

Burt Lake was wonderful for our family vacation! The many waterways were very nice for boating. The fishing was not so good. The Cottage fit all 8 adults and 3 kids very well. The Cottage could have had more counterspace and some of the closets did not have hanger bars in them to hang clothes. It would have been nice to have had a spare propane tank as our propane ran out and we had to finish cooking a meal on the stove inside. One of the bunkbeds in the bunkroom was very unstable so we did not use it. The fishing line on the dock was very annoying as it got in the way of the kids fishing. I noticed the next door neighbors had a fake flying bird that made noise in the wind and I did not see one bird on their dock the whole week. There are better ways to keep birds off the dock than run fishing line around the whole dock. The boat lift was great for my 14' fishing boat but we had to use a mooring for our power boat. I did not like having to swim out to my boat when I wanted to use it. Overall though we were very happy with the property. It would be nice to see improvement on the suggestions listed above.

Great stay on a beautiful property.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms are all updated which was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a weeks stay. Plenty of toys for little kids and the older kids enjoyed the PlayStation. Liked having the kayaks and paddle board available. The lake was too churned up for most of our stay but we enjoyed them on our last day. Wished the living room faced the lake so we could enjoy the beautiful view. Erik was a great host - very responsive and addressed a minor maintenance issue within a few hours.

Great Family Vacation!

Great location, and this house provided plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. Erik was also great to work with. The lower level was a perfect play area for the kids, while providing a beautiful lake view. We had a campfire every night (plenty of nearby roadside places to grab bundles of firewood), and the firepit is perfectly positioned next to the lake and hammock. The weather wasn't perfect, but we still had a great time and took advantage of swimming off the dock when it wasn't so windy. The kayaks and paddleboard were a big hit, too! The mooring buoy worked great for securing our boat. Thank you!

Beautiful Burt Lake!

Had a great week in this comfortable home! Plenty of room for 9 of us to spread out and relax! Erik was quick to respond to any questions we had. Been coming to Burt Lake for years and the sunsets here were beautiful!

Beautiful Views

The house was very nice, the views were gorgeous. Fun for all ages. Tge owner Erik was very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful family vacation

There were 8 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. We also brought two boats which gave us access to many activities. The house was clean and neat. It is a great family cottage. There was lots of room in the yard for the kids to play and the yard was kept up nicely. The fire pit was used every night and we had a great time. Summertime at its finest

Great location with a lot of room!

We rented this lovely home for my dad’s 70th Birthday/parents 48th wedding Anniversary. We loved the location of this home on gorgeous Burt Lake. There was plenty of room for our large group and the home is well stocked with almost everything you need for a great vacation. We were looking forward to using the hammock that was advertised but found out it was split in half when we arrived so we did miss out on that. We felt that the cob webs could have been cleared a little better but overall the home was clean. The property management company was very responsive when we contacted them about a few minor things. Overall we enjoyed our week here very much and would rent it again.

Family fun on Burt Lake!

We enjoyed a long weekend at this home in August. The swimming off the dock was nice and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed clear skies and shooting stars at night off the deck. Hoping to come back in the future for a return visit!

House and property was immaculate, the neighbors were great, pics don't do it justice!

The owner was very prompt answering all emails, great to deal with. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The house was very well stocked for cooking and cleaning supplies and beautiful inside and out. The property is an absolutely prime location on Burt Lake and close enough to town for convenience, far enough away for privacy. My family had a great time. I would definitely go there again!
