Crystal Dunes se encuentra en una de las zonas más deseadas de Destin. Esta unidad de tres dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra directamente en la playa en la hermosa zona de Crystal Beach en Scenic Highway 98, cerca de todas las atracciones cercanas, lejos de las multitudes y la congestión.

Esta unidad del cuarto piso, recientemente renovada y bien mantenida, tiene una amplia sala de estar, lavadora y secadora grandes, todas las comodidades del hogar y una impresionante vista al balcón. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King y un baño privado con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje separada. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama King y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama Queen. The view was amazing, the walk to the beach was super close. The condo was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this plae to anyone!

The condo was perfection… beautiful and perfect location. The only draw back was the constant running overhead and neighbor smoking on their balcony as well as on the beach ( literally had to leave our beach chairs and umbrella that came with room several days due to her not following the rules). None of this was the owners fault. We would rent this condo again

We loved the view and the condo was very beautiful and clean! Docking one star because we had to deal with the smell of cigarette smoke while on the balcony the entire week. Despite Crystal Dunes being a smoke free facility, it didn’t seem like much was done to enforce.

Suggestions

1. Make checkin earlier due to limited airlines coming in and they only offer early arrivals. 2. There needs to be bath rugs. Ppl can slip. Uncomfortable coming out of shower and no where to step but the floor. 3. Floors needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Very dirty. 4. As much as you spend to stay here…there should be plenty of toilet paper. There also should be basic tools there. Flashlights too. 5. There should be as many umbrellas and beach chairs to accommodate all the guests staying at no charge. 6! Maybe offer gift card to guests for staying to local shop to get like rafts for ocean. Other than that the place was very nice. Beds comfy. Maybe not so big pillows. Have some flatter ones. Maybe keep box fans in all bedrooms. Would stay again. Just needs to make avail more comforts of home for the guests.

This was the company managing the rental. They were rude and unaccommodating. I wouldn’t recommend renting through them. The condo itself was beautiful!

Beautiful Condo Right on the Beach

First let me say that we absolutely loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had a patio balcony with chairs and recliner overlooking the ocean. There is a pool in the front of the building near parking lot. Nothing fancy but very refreshing after a hot day in the sun. Rental comes with one umbrella and 2 beach chairs. It costs 300/wk for additional 2 chairs and umbrella. There is a nearby Walmart.Pretty sure one of the beds was a full and that was pretty much the size of the room with a small dresser.Suggestions for owner:* Have cleaning service do a more thorough job. My husband had to vacuum and mop the floors as they were not clean. There was a brown smudge in bathroom door.* invest in stainless steel pots & pans vs. current Teflon * new pillows (flat)* new kitchen mat & living room rug (dirty)* basket full of rolled beach towels That being said, we really did love our stay and would return!

Perfect condo

I do my research before booking vacation units. This unit is great, high end finishes, nice furniture, comfy beds, blackout curtains. Beach set up is so nice and easy. There are boxes at each set of steps to the beach containing lending toys, chairs, etc. book this one!

Unit was great with one exception

If you rent at Crystal Dunes, I'd highly recommend top floor ONLY! We had what sounded like a future Olympian above us. He was running up and down the hall and jumping off the bedroom furniture. None of us could sleep until he stopped which was about 11:30PM each evening and we were up as soon as he was usually around 7AM and we love to sleep in on vacation! The Crystal Dunes pool is in front of the property. We prefer out back so we can keep an eye on the kids from the deck while we are enjoying the ocean view.

The location of the property is great! The beach is so close and not too crowded. The condo itself was nice but does need a deep cleaning. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Great condo

We had 5 adults and 2 kids staying in the condo and it was the perfect size for us. The master bedroom was amazing and the other rooms were nice too. It’s in a great location as well. Approximately 3 or 4 minutes from the grocery store, Destin commons, restaurants, and about 15 minutes to the harbor walk. The owner could be reached immediately for any questions we had. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect location right on the beach

This is my second time staying at a Crystal Dunes property but the first time in this condo. I absolutely love the property, such a perfect location directly on the beach, close to great restaurants and not too crowded. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had most everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise condo

Literally, everything we wanted in a place. Close to everything but directly on the beach. We saw dolphins daily. We also, enjoyed our two beach chairs, umbrella and table provided. The property is clean and gated. Private beach. The inside of our condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony is facing the ocean with ocean views from the master. Our family would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome!

This unit was decorated beautifully. The decor was beautiful and just enough. This unit was not too busy with decor like other units. It was roomy, clean and we would highly recommend this unit. I wish I could sell my house in TN and live there. I felt so at home there and would not change a thing! Close to everything you need. Love this place!!!!
