Fantástica casa en la segunda fila con vista despejada de la playa. Looney Dunes es de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños y tiene mucho espacio para que su familia y amigos disfruten de unas vacaciones de una semana o una escapada rápida para un fin de semana. Gran entrepiso tiene muebles de terraza, dormitorio privado con capacidad para 4 y baño. También tiene una habitación separada con refrigerador, televisión y ventanas enrollables para el entretenimiento. El piso principal de la casa tiene una cocina espaciosa con isla grande, mesa de comedor y mucho espacio de gabinetes. Amplia sala de estar con dos sofás (cama queen) y una gran televisión de pantalla plana. La suite principal tiene cama Queen size, TV y ducha grande. El segundo dormitorio de arriba tiene dos juegos de literas resistentes que son queen / full, y un televisor en esa habitación. Las características adicionales son cafetera que es Keurig / regular, licuadora ninja y batidora de mano. TV vía satélite, internet de alta velocidad. Su mascota pequeña es bienvenida con una tarifa. No Fumar. Ropa de cama con cargo adicional.

Perfect beach house

Fual level porch was pretty cool. Theres alreadt some toys and beach stuff you can use im the garage for entertainment. The house was nice, clean, sturdy and well put together. Perfectly close to the beach. Thank you so kuch

Great location-walking distance to beach!

My family and I had a great stay here. It was a good location to walk to the beach and the view from balcony is nice. Our only concern was the cleanliness- this place definitely needed a good deep clean. It was dirty under and behind beds, dirty clothes inside the downstairs closet from previous renters probably, fans were dusty, pillows were dirty, covers were not fresh and they don’t provide complimentary toiletries so we had to get that on our own. Also there was dog poo on top balcony area as you walk outside. Good location but gave it 3 stars because of the dirty spots we saw.

The bar was awesome too but we didn’t really like the 3rd bedroom (that attached to the bar area on the 2nd floor) not being attached to the main floor. It was weird to have to go outside and up the stairs to come into the house to use the kitchen and living room with the rest of the family. Overall though, I would stay here again. We enjoyed it.

Our group of 16 had the BEST time and we couldn't have asked for a better layout of location! We said the house was designed for our crew and even named for us -- Looney Dunes! We loved the ocean view and spent many hours sitting on the decks watching our bigs and littles playing on the beach. We anticipated nights around the firepit, but with our Astros playing the first two games of the World Series the nights were spent in front of the TV with tons of snacks!! Thankful for the big island and plentiful seating!We will definitely be looking at this property again for family get togethers -- my sister was completely surprised!! Swedes was wonderful to work with and even went above and beyond to help us when there was an item left behind that we had to get before leaving the peninsula! All in all, it was probably the best experience I have had with renting and planning a family get together!

July 4th getaway

We had a great time. Looney Dunes was just as shown in the listing. Clean, fully furnished and plenty of space for everyone. The host was exceptional, easy to check in and check out. There was plenty of deck space for lounging and the perfect place for viewing fireworks.

The best part was how much space there was actually in the house, the house fit everyone vary comfortably. Everyone had a bed and blankets.

Great get away!

The property was exactly what was expected, very beautiful, clean, and right by the beach. There was space for up to 18 people as promised if two people share a bed. Also the couches turn into queen size beds so that’s 9 beds in total. There is an extra charge for linens so if that is a must, make sure to ask for them. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely come back for another retreat.

Surprise vacation

In general the property is clean and with good ocean view. Unfortunately, with the capacity to hold 18 people without extra trash bag is challenge. Also, the ladder to climb up to the top of bunk bed is not secured. One of our member fell down due to ladder slid. This can be prevented.

Looney dunes on the beach!

Rented this spot for 6 awesome days! We thought it was absolutely perfect with perfect view of beach. The 2nd floor was our favorite 😝 had it’s own little suite with a bedroom, bathroom and little kitchen with a fridge ,sink and spot for the bar!!! Loved 🥰 it!! Then 3rd floor had amazing fully loaded kitchen, spacy living room with beautiful master bedroom (bed was small) but i had a huge queen air matress with us so i made it work… lol the 3rd room had 2 sets of bunk beds 🛏 which was cool… we also ordered linens…. Had an abundance of towels whisch was nice, but order your linens… comes doggie gates which our little dogs enjoyed the beach house too . Thank you had a blast!!
