Esta es una acogedora cabaña de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño con espectaculares vistas al mar y al atardecer y un acceso rápido a la playa. La cabaña cuenta con 4 camas nuevas y cómodas (compradas en 2019) con mucho espacio de almacenaje en el armario, así como todos los extras que necesitas cuando estás de vacaciones. La cocina y el baño han sido completamente remodelados con gabinetes nuevos, electrodomésticos, encimeras de maravilla y otras decoraciones de la casa en toda la casa. La cubierta envolvente ofrece hermosas vistas de amaneceres y puestas de sol. Tumbonas y reposapiés están disponibles para relajarse y disfrutar de la brisa. Esta casa de campo tiene una unidad central de AC / Heater y ventiladores de techo para que pueda estar cómodo. Una lavadora y una secadora también están disponibles.

Quick, last minute get away

We booked just a few days before our stay. The place was exactly as it was represented. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was a short walk. Check in and check out was an easy process. I had a question about towels and the owner got right backbwith me. It was the perfect size for a party of 2! We would stay again.

Great get away spot while staying close to home!

We loved the location of the house and how very comfortable it felt; it had everything we needed! We only brought groceries for a couple of days and went out to eat during the other days. Walking distance to the beach was a definite plus; spent lots of time on the beach and it was fun! No beach crowds; it was a very relaxing and enjoyable visit! We plan to come back!

Great place to stay!

This beach house felt like home away from home. Well stocked with kitchen pots, pans and utensils. The sleeping spaces were cozy but left plenty of room to move about. Property owner was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Great place near the beach

We rented this home for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! Cute, tidy, great view, the deck is amazing! Owner super-easy to deal with. Highly recommend! My wife wanted to stay the entire summer!

A Bolivar Peninsula Value

If one wants to come to the Bolivar Peninsula, this property is one block and 3 minutes from the beach. The owner is a joy to work with. The price of the property is a great value.

Clean & Quick access to the beach

Our stay was as we expected it to be. The house was clean and had Wi-Fi/ Roku. We were hardly there which is to be expected when at the BEACH!!!! Would stay there again.

Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I go to Crystal Beach every year with her family and this has been our best stay yet. The house is a short walk from the beach and the owner was very helpful and was easy to get in touch with if anything was needed. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and so close to the beach. The property manager answered our questions quickly and was very helpful. It was a great deal for the price.

Thus was a very nice place for a family to stay. Quiet neighborhood , great beach access!!

I will start off by saying, this was a great cabin for a family( below this I will address the issue that was not disclosed until we arrived and were all settled in). Cabin was clean, all amineties you would need, great beach access, deck gave you great view. Communication with owner was great ( except for issue I will address below ). ISSUE THAT WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO US UNTIL AFTER ARRIVAL..VIA A SIGN PINNED ABOVE TOILET IN BATHROOM: THE SIGN STATED TO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER OR TRASH DOWN TOILET. So we call the owner to ask about this SIGN, he tells us no we cannot flush toilet paper and will have to put any toilet paper in trash bags and bring them to the trash after anyone uses the bathroom. Because his cabin has no updated septic system. For what we paid for this cabin for Monday thru Friday morning (well worth it cabin is just as described in owner description..minus the fact that during our stay you had to put your toilet paper in trash bags and take it to the trash cans each time) . I find it hard to believe this has not been addressed in any review. Reviewers have complained about the mosquitoes ( which is not the responsibility of the owner We live in SETX and your are staying on the coast.) But the owner does have responsibility to address not having a fully functional septic system before contract or payment is initiated. I did send a message after we got home asking him to address thus issue and that is where commutation halted to date. Yes , we did stay the week , yes we did the trash bags to the trash cans, would we rent this cabin again definitely..if the septic system was functional. My point this , should have been addressed before final payment was accepted. It was not like we could just find another cabin and stay there..plus we had paid in full for a cabin we thought was fully functional.

All was GREAT .....only issue which was really nothing was the sofa bed is a trundle bed and this wasn’t discovered until morning we left ! LOL

Amazing place!!!

This place was more than we ever could have imagined! The house and deck are amazing! Very clean house outdoor shower and nice places to park car or even play washers! House was a good size! Nice rooms! Comfortable beds! All in all we loved the whole place! Also owners were amazing! If we needed them they were just a text away! All in all give this place 5 stars! Will book again!

Amazing location!!!!

This location was simply perfect. A short distance to the Ferry. In a safe, quaint neighborhood which is literally two blocks from the beach! Everything was amazing and the kitchen came fully stocked. I cook a lot so that helped this mama out. I most definitely recommend this quiet little slice of heaven pn CB 😍🏖👒

This home was purchased 3 weeks before hurricane Ike, We rebuild this cottage after the hurricane, and used it for several years. At this time, we have decided to share the cottage with families who are looking for a quiet beach get-away. We recently remodeled the bedrooms with new furniture and bed matresses.
