Una gran casa moderna y nueva se abrió en una vista impresionante, el océano Pacífico, la bahía de Potrero, las vistas del bosque.
1 amplio dormitorio principal con una cómoda cama king size, 3 habitaciones dobles queen, baño privado, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo.
Las habitaciones se abren en la hermosa piscina infinita con una vista impresionante.
La espaciosa habitación principal tiene una terraza privada con vistas al mar.
Todos los baños tienen wc, ducha, lavabo, toallas y combo de champú corporal.
Todas las habitaciones tienen un vestidor con mucho espacio para la ropa de todos.
La cocina invita a los cocineros aficionados a preparar sus propias comidas, ya que la cocina está totalmente equipada, incluyendo lavavajillas, refrigerador, cocina de plano abierto.

Lovely home, gorgeous view and significant systems challenges .

We spent four weeks in this lovely spot. The house was all we needed, except for the fact that many things broke down while we were there: no water for several days, a water heater that needed replacing, a dishwasher that never worked multiple power outages and a bedroom had problems with air conditioning. The property managers, David and Brigitte, were extremely responsive, helpful and worked hard to address all of these issues as best they could. Some were resolved quickly and others not so much. Issues with water and electricity were systemic to the area, and not the house. Pura Vida.

Beautiful property & great vacation

There are so many good things to say so these are in no particular order. Great communication prior to our arrival regarding any questions we had and whether or not we could use the shorter route from Liberia. That involved route 911 and the part that's known as "The Monkey Trail". You have to cross a river so we needed to know how the river was flowing and if we would be able to cross. Got a message via WhatsApp a few days before our arrival saying it would be ok to take that route. We rented a 4x4 and easily made it across. Saw several cars crossing as well. More great communication on our arrival in Liberia and where to meet near the house to arrange the check-in. The house is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view, plenty of room for 8 of us, nice size pool, a/c worked great in all rooms. Also got good recommendations for restaurants, etc, from our host. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We all loved the house and had a great time. I know I read reviews to get a better idea of what to expect so I hope anyone reading this finds this last part just as useful. It is in no way meant as a negative. In fact, for us it was something that added to the whole experience. Just know that the dirt road to the house is like an off-road trail. It's about a 5 minute drive if you take it very slow and having good ground clearance such as a 4-wheel drive SUV helps. Again, for us, this just added to our experience and really gave us a feel for local living. If you want your vacation to be no different than any other vacation anywhere else, then this might not be the place for you. But if you want a beautiful, secluded house with an amazing view and like experiencing things that help make your vacation unique, you will love this place. Costa Rica isn't known for its world-class roads, so knowing that made sure we knew what to expect. Not only did we not mind the dirt road going to and from the house, we had fun with it as it added to our overall experience. Wish we could have stayed longer. Like I said, so many positive things about this house and no issues with anything. We really had a great time here.

There were some fantastic things about this rental and some things that needed help. In general, the house needs some attention and TLC. The owner communicated well about our stay and met us at the guard station at the gated entrance on arrival. However, when we checked in, the pool was green and full of algae. It wasn’t usable for several days and 3 visits from pool service. Big disappointment. We also noticed that cleaning wasn’t done very well, and it looked like the property hadn’t been used in a while. They arranged for cleaning service the next day. The next morning, we were woken by construction going on next door that should have been disclosed as well – major impact for trying to relax during the day.The shower head sprayed water out of the top and soaked the bathroom. It took the maintenance people 3 days to fix this.On the positive side, the views are stunning and very nice up on a big hillside. Only at certain times are you going to see the actual sunset on the water here. The sunsets were still spectacular.Another issue is that one of the room’s air conditioners did not work and it took 3 maintenance visits to figure out the freon was low. Finally had AC after 4 days. The rental had everything we needed except for dishwasher tabs, but the owner brought a few to us after a couple days. This was needed as we made daily meals here. Otherwise, all utensils, plates, and cookware were available. Overall, a pleasant stay. Pura Vida!

Lovely place for working vacation

Love the location, the house and the pool. The views are spectacular. It is less than 10 minutes to drive to the nearest beach. Internet was very good for having extended video calls. Very clean. Will come back.

Great house, great location !

Seven firiends (3 couples and 1 single) rented this house for a month. The road to the house is pretty challenging but worth the trip.. After a couple of days we were quite comfortable navigating the bumps. I would recommend a 4x4 vehicle. Once you arrive you will love the gorgeous views (sunsets every night!) and the spectacular infinity pool. The house has 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom plus a fifth bathroom off the kitchen. We had a barbecue grill which we used a lot. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed including a blender, dishwasher, ice maker and plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glassware. The house manager, Christelle, was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The location in Potrero was handy to many of the beaches. We really enjoyed Playa Prieta which is a 10-15 minute drive from the house. Flamingo Beach is about 15 -20 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this house and would rent again ourselves. Two small suggestions for improvement would be: 1. shades on the living room windows and/or roll up blinds on the deck. In the afternoon from 4-6 it is too hot to sit on the deck and we had to put the AC on in the living room to sit there in the afternoon. Once the sunset it was great and a lovely breeze came up. The 2nd suggestion would be a small bureau in the bedrooms. There were a few cubbies but no drawers to store things. Great house overall and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Pura Vida!p
