Quite nice

Good location a bit away from the madness, some great local restaurants within walking distance. Building is well maintained and run. Firm mattress, strong shower and air con. View is good not great. All in all, very good value. Yes, you will walk up 2 long blocks of a 45 degree hill each time you return.

Cute studio apartment

The apartment was adorable and the stay went smoothly. Like other people noted it is up the hill, quite steep to walk to - a few times we had to walk down to the street to get a ride as drivers didnt want to come up. The rooftop pool is nice and clean, closes at 11. As stated in the contract that they emailed me, they took a cash deposit on site after i checked in, to go towards water and electric useage which is not included in the rental. They also charge an additional fee for wifi, which was was a new addition to the unit and not noted on the listing or in the contract. the owner lives elsewhere so it was a bit of back and forth coordinating arrival but the local contact ms. Yudee was nice and had left a key at the office for us to streamline check in. she uses whatsapp to communicate, i had my notifications turned off and missed a text from her about checking out (sorry) so hopefully my forfeited deposit was the correct amount for the utility use. Long story short, would book again.

Nice place

Apartment good clean, pool fab but not enough sun beds. I stayed hear for 4weeks their isn't a washing machine so we had to pay 250 bahts every time we wanted clean towels and bedding

Très bon sejour

Résidence calme, Bien équipée et tres Bien située par rapport à la ville de Patong, très belle vue (6eme étage) propriétaire joignable très facilement par mail et très diligent . Piscine sur le toit offrant une vue à 360 degrés sur la ville par contre peu de transats et absolument pas d'ombre.

Soggiorno a Patong dal 23 DIC 2017 al 06 GEN 2018 DANTE e PIERA

L'appartamento è quello descritto al momento della prenotazione e conforme alle nostre aspettative. Consiglierei al proprietario di togliere almeno una poltrona dal balcone e sostituire il tavolinetto con un tavolo più grande con due sedie normali al fine di poter mangiare fuori con bella veduta su Patong . Servirebbe un maggior numero di piatti e bicchieri. Materasso e biancheria buoni e puliti. La piscina è molto bella e gradevole con una vista spettacolare. L'interno dei mobili della cucina emanano un odore molto sgradevole ed intenso (inutilizzabili). Purtroppo le porte di entrata in legno di tutti gli appartamenti provocano forti rumori alla loro chiusura e si propagano per tutto l'edificio. La spiaggia si trova a 15 minuti a piedi. La salita per raggiungere il residence a piedi è notevolmente ripida e mantiene in forma se fatta 2/3 volte al giorno ! (immediato bagno rinfrescante in piscina all'arrivo è d'obbligo). Abbiamo notato che la spiaggia dove l'acqua è migliore è all'estremo nord di Patong proprio dove si scende ed inoltre c'è meno gente. Anche quella vicina, di fronte al Diamond Cliff hotel, ha l'acqua limpida e si può fare snorkeling ( è piccola). Bang-la road è a 15 minuti a piedi con vicino il centro commerciale Yungceylon dove si trova un supermercato molto fornito di generi alimentari anche italiani. Il costo dei taxi dal centro commerciale al residence è di 300 thb. Il costo del taxi dall'aeroporto è di 800 thb. Da Patong a Kata beach 500/600 thb Il costo per il Wi-Fi è di 350 tbh per una settimana e si acquista in portineria/hall del condominio ( Bliss apts). Comunque a noi è piaciuto ed è una buona sistemazione a Patong.

The owner got back to me very promptly answering all my questions

The room itself was very clean & close to busy streets you can walk to. Very good location. The only hassle was walking up to the property because it was located on a steep hill.. your calves will definitely be burning the next day. But overall a great apt.

Immeuble neuf et entretenue, une sécurité au niveau 0 qui nous rassure la nuit. Une magnifique piscine avec une vue incroyable et placement au top à Patong au calme de la vie nocture tout en restant au centre de phuket. Je conseil virement

Wonderful Stay - Perfect Communication

I stayed in the studio for 2 1/2 weeks, and in the end, I wished that I did not have to leave. The place is clean, quiet, comfortable and secure. The pool and view are absolutely amazing. The fitness room is a nice addition, though if you're a regular lifter, the free-weights will probably fall short. But it's still nice to be able to lift a little something when you're feeling an itch. The location is close enough to walk to the beach and the hustle and bustle, but great deals can also be found on motorbikes just outside. And the street food across the road was the best I found in all of Patong. Management is very friendly and Yves, although not there, stayed in touch and made sure everything ran smoothly. A perfect stay, I will definitely come back again. Thank you.
