The poolside studio apartment has a tropical resort feel to it.
Cool and comfortable studio apartment with amazing pool access has a true island holiday feel! Slide the screen doors open and enjoy the view of the pool just 10 meters away. It comfortably fits two and is centrally located in Karon, just 800 meters from Kata beach. Easier to walk around Kata-Karon area than you might think!
Enjoy imported meat, Charcoal BBQ, Thai cuisine, and a wide range of Danish food at a very reasonable price. Located in the Bougainvillea Terrace House hotel. You'll be treated as hotel guests!
Just seconds from the swimming pool; open the sliding glass door and you're at the poolside. Wonderful bar near the pool serving wine, beer, spirits, and exotic cocktails too. The room itself has amazing security screen doors that allow the room to be totally secure while allowing the tropical weather in!
Downstairs there is a high-tech security door to allow access 24/7 via a security card. The area is very safe! The security precautions are totally unnecessary in Phuket but we're glad to have them anyway.
NOTE: We installed a water filter. No need to buy plastic bottles of water. Bring a refillable water bottle.

Hi! I'm not going to spend tons of energy on my profile, but I'll put the basics.
I have lived in Thailand for over 26 years and married a wonderful Thai lady a few years back.
I signed a contract to work in a well-known international school. That will keep my wife and myself out of Thailand for better part of two years. We have the desire to rent our space while we are away during the school year.
When in Thailand we like to practice Hot Yoga daily. We try to go to Kata Hot Yoga twice a day. Three (3) hours of exercise is a fair amount so sometimes we only make it to one class (90 minutes). We definitely do hot yoga every day. So, we have a pretty amazing lifestyle in Thailand: healthy food and a fair amount of exercise.
Our location in Kata-Karon beach is wonderful. Far enough away from the crazy nightlife of Patong and close to the beaches loved by tourists. Only about 800m away from the beach. NOTE: 800m is approximately a 15-minute walk. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach. Ask at the front desk about a ride to the beach!
