NO HAY PARTES / NO FUMAR DENTRO O FUERA. Casa amueblada de tres dormitorios / tres baños con piscina exterior incorporada. Ubicado en el barrio de Morningside de Atlanta. A poca distancia de las tiendas de Virginia Highland, Amsterdam y Morningside. Por la calle de los parques Piedmont y Orme y el Atlanta Beltline. También cerca de la Universidad Emory, los Centros para el Control de Enfermedades, Midtown Atlanta, Georgia Tech University y diez minutos del centro de Atlanta.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families looking to stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Atlanta. It is close to downtown and convenient to everything Atlanta has to offer. The photos online don’t do it justice. It is even better in person. Perfect layout for families and plenty of room. The pool and outdoor space are simply gorgeous. The hosts, Liz and Gary have thought of everything you need. They communicated with us throughout our stay and truly cared about our experience. We would definitely stay again if we return to Atlanta.

Nice house/awesome location

I was in Atlanta to celebrate my granddaughter's 2nd birthday. Liz and Gary were tremendous hosts. House was super clean and well appointed. I would definitely book house again.

Wonderful location and home

We were in the area to visit our son. Truly enjoyed this home. The beds were very comfortably and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The neighborhood was very safe and we loved the coffee shops nearby. The proximity to Piedmont Park and midtown are a plus and we loved walking there. The hosts were very easily available should we have needed them. Would definitely stay there again!

Wedding in Piedmont Park

The location and neighborhood were perfect. We were close to Piedmont Park, dining and everything we needed. The third bedroom was a bit tight for two adults but other than that everything was as indicated in the listing and just the right location.

Great Place To Get Away

This place is wonderful. There's plenty of space for everyone that is laid out so well. The neighborhood is picturesque. It's quiet and the people are very friendly. The hosts were fantastic and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Atlanta again.

Enjoyed our stay

This property was sell maintained and very comfortable for my family and me. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time with the pool in the backyard, which includes a diving board.

Home away from home in GA

Loved our stay at this property..the house was clean, the pool was amazing and the neighborhood was beautiful. Coffeeshop is a 5 minute walk and we had a wonderful time. Thank you Liz!

easy to recommend

Property is a great location near Piedmont Park, restaurants, belt line. Clean and spacious and comfortable. Room to stretch out - perhaps could use a bit of love as to landscaping infrastructure in back yard, but a great place to be. Kitchen pans/cutlery/glassware all good to go. Back porch has a great indoor outdoor vibe.

Extremely happy about this first stay

I chose her house because of the great reviews and it was a great choice. The house is indeed beautiful, also in a very nice area. It is exactly what is listed. My greatest joy was the host. In-town Pool

Great in-town location with a pool that has a diving board. Hosts were great and attentive! Pictures very accurate. Just a great place to stay and relax!

Second stay..

This was our second stay in this home, and we again enjoyed our stay very much. Our prior stay was during the winter, and this stay afforded the opportunity to enjoy the pool and back deck area. Great neighborhood, close to good food places. Hosts are super responsive, friendly and helpful.

This place is lovely, the location was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly responsive!

We really enjoyed our stay. Despite being in the 'center' of so much of Atlanta, the street was incredibly quiet and the place itself was awesome.

Perfect location! Walk to Piedmont park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Va Highlands and Morningside shops, restaurants and breweries. Hosts are very responsive.

Gracious hosts, stylish house, and excellent neighborhood

We had a relaxing 2 weeks at Liz and Gary’s house. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches (like fresh towels and toiletries, like a 5-star hotel), the spacious house with comfortable beds that fit all of us (including our big teenage son), and the pool, patio and grill. We had a minor issue with the grill (and we really wanted to grill steaks!) that Gary quickly helped us problem-solve. Liz and Gary replied to any questions we had, both before and during our stay, promptly and graciously. The neighborhood is close to everything, including walking distance to some fantastic BBQ, Thai food, and Southern biscuits. Even with the high coronavirus rates in Georgia, we were pleased to see a high rate of mask wearing in the Immediate neighborhood as well as other places we visited in the city (Whole Foods, Publix, GA Aquarium, Emory U) And we are from NYC, where we have been extremely cautious! I cannot recommend this rental enough! Thanks, Liz and Gary!

Wonderful house right in downtown Atlanta

This was a beautiful home that was right downtown Atlanta and was very convenient to everything. The house was clean and it was stocked well with everything you might need. Having a pool with the house was just an added bonus that made our stay even better. Liz is a great host who is very easy to communicate with and will make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent and when we head back to Atlanta we'll be sure to stay here again.

Great Location, Terrific Owners

The warm welcome we received from the owners of this property started our stay off right. We had a few minor problems like making sure the the fan remotes worked, but the owners were quick to be on the phone solving the problem. The house is great - just as pictured. It sure was nice to have the pool for the Atlanta summer evenings. We loved staying in the historic Virginia-Highlands neighborhood a short drive or a walk to many great restaurants. Just an Uber ride from many attractions. We'd stay again.

Location, location, location!

The house is located in mid-town Atlanta, making it so easy to get downtown and other locations without using the major highways. The house has a large master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. It was very clean and had many kitchen and toiletry supplies. The upstairs has 2 nice size bedrooms with a jack- n- jill bathroom. We enjoyed eating on the deck outside. The set up was perfect for us. Liz was very responded quickly when we had questions.

I bought the pool and the location and was lucky there was a nice house attached - ;) - I barely even looked at the house, just wanted the pool.

The pool is a huge benefit. Lots of privacy in the back yard. Also lots of light. Proximity to so much Atlanta has to offer.
