~POOL & HOT TUB ACCESS: The non-heated swimming pool is only open from the last weekend of April – last weekend of September, while the hot tub is available year-round.

~PET POLICY: Pets are only allowed for reservations of 30+ nights (strictly not allowed for reservations of less than 30 nights): If you wish to bring a pet for your 30+ night reservation, please request this via writing so we can communicate the requirements and provide approval. Evidence of unapproved pets will result in removal and cancellation without a refund, along with a violation charge of $750.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Decatur GA. This property is just around 25 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport & only 20 minutes from Downtown & Midtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, & the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (all Downtown) & experience Atlanta’s finest restaurant & nightlife scene in Midtown. By being centrally located near the airport & next to major highways, many of Atlanta’s attractions are within a short commute away (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia, Stone Mountain Park, etc.).

*As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have 3 outdoor security cameras: one on the front exterior wall facing the driveway/front door, and two on the back exterior walls facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub. There are 2 NoiseAware sensor inside, and 1 outside by the back deck.

*Please note – Absolutely NO KIND OF PARTIES, large gatherings, loud noisy groups are allowed at this property. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking, or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 13 individual people total max (including any visitors).
Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate removal from the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am must be respected and are enforced by noise sensors.*
