Boat Owners - This Condo is a Must

Great time at Docks on Old River - condo had everything we needed. Boat slip included and visible from the condo, comfy beds, well outfitted kitchen, decorated cute as can be, Lee was very responsive and great to work with. If we come to this area again, we would definitely book this property!

Quiet - relaxing - quaint

Quiet weekend and we came for our 15th wedding anniversary. We brought our boat to fish all weekend. Condo was clean, perfect for our needs, and neighbors were very nice. The pool is huge.

Springtime on the Old River

The unit was just lovely. Our host, Lee had a wonderful gift basket for us including 2 gift certificates for 2 great restaurants. It was such a welcoming surprise. We had everything that we needed and furniture was so comfortable. We loved sitting in the balcony and watching and hearing all the different birds and the boats in the river. Even though it was spring break, our condo was in a private and quiet area. The only difficulty we had was loading and unloading our car. Even though there was an elevator , there were stairs to get to it and another set of stairs once you started to the unit which was near to the end of the condo. The unit itself was absolutely perfect.

Amazing!

The condo was very well equipped, was very clean, had a great view. We watched osprey and pelicans catch fish from our balcony. It was comfortable, close to many great parks and restaurant. We'd highly recommend Lee's place!

Beautiful Views on the Ole River

We loved this quiet area of Perdido Key! The condo has everything you need. The balconies overlooking the the water is spectacular.

A Great place to stay!

We rented here for 5 weeks- all of March and early April. It was so quiet and nice! Of the 27 condos there I don’t think more than 5 or 6 were ever occupied at the same time. The condo is very nice, newly decorated and actually room for groceries(that’s often forgotten in rentals). Great pool area and the dock was especially nice. We had dolphins swimming by frequently and a couple of herons who hang around for handouts. If you like to fish, the dock is set up for it. Was also easy to launch kayaks there as well. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and we would definitely rent from them again!

We loved our condo! Beautiful area- the sunrises on the bay are amazing!!!! Condo was beautiful and quiet. Loved the area! Very close to The Crab Trap- one of our favorite restaurants! Beautiful area! Be aware- the ONLY con- is that there are a few steps from the parking lot to the elevator- and some steps about midway down the walkway, to get to the walkway where our condo was located. So- not handicap accessible. Other than that- no problems at all! We loved it!!!

Weekend getaway!

We called our weekend getaway a staycation since we only live an hour away...The condo was perfect! Weather for the weekend kind of ruined our plans for fishing but we made the best of the quiet time of the year! Plan to return in the off season again 😁

Just what we needed!

The condo was beautiful on the inside and had a great view of the bay. We were very comfortable and we felt very much “at home”. The bed was comfortable and we had a great view of the bay from our bedroom. The unit had all of the essential kitchen needs and it was definitely a plus to have a washer and dryer. The pool was great and my husband and I really enjoyed fishing from the dock. The area was very quiet and family friendly. The owner was great about communicating with us and always responded back to us very quickly! We will definitely be back soon!

Had a great time and relaxed with good friends too. It was everything that the reviews said it was.

It was very relaxing and the bay side was quiet and everything we wanted it to be . Close to the beach and a wonderful pool to come back in and enjoy the sun and water. The atmosphere was wonderful. It is geared to families too. Met nice people there too. And close to pensicola naval base which was very interesting . I would recommend this condo to anyone that would need one . I’m not much of a beach person but we went and walked on the public beach and it was clean and not s lot of people at the time we went . I would come back again !

It's everything you see in the pictures!! Great view of Ole River and close to every where in Perdido. Condo is exactly how it looks in pictures. Balcony is really large overlooking pool and river.

Great condo.

Lee was great to work with. Sent all the information we needed with no issues. His condo is about 3 miles from FloraBama on a really peaceful part of the strip. There are no major condos in this area so it is not busy at all. There is also an outside kitchen and sitting are that is not mentioned that was really nice. All around great stay and we would do it again.
