¡NUEVA CASA DE 4 DORMITORIOS A PIE DE LA DISTANCIA A LA PERLA! A estrenar 4 dormitorios W / gran casa privada de loft a poca distancia de la perla y acceso al River Walk. Ubicado en el centro, a poca distancia a pie de varios de los lugares de entretenimiento favoritos de la ciudad, como la cervecería de perlas y la vida nocturna a lo largo de la revitalizada calle de Santa María. Amplia distribución con varios balcones y vistas al centro. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de Trinity University, el distrito de negocios de SA y el acceso a todas las autopistas principales. El sofá seccional de gran tamaño puede acomodar a mucha gente en torno a un televisor inteligente de 60 pulgadas. Fuera de la cocina hay un gran Master con una cama tamaño king, vestidor, una ducha grande y una hermosa bañera. También cuenta con medio baño y acceso al patio.

Tercer piso cuentan con otra suite. Amplio dormitorio con cama king size, televisor de 55 pulgadas, armario grande, baño completo y patio. También en esta planta hay un gran loft privado con una cama de matrimonio con vista a la Perla.

There were a few things that need attention. The ice maker in the refrigerator does not make cubes, seems to be malfunctioning and the filter needs replacing. Top rack in dishwasher needs repair and the first floor bathroom shower door does not slide easily. On the plus side, very attentive in getting dishwasher pods to us and answering questions

Host is amazing. Always quick to respond, friendly, efficient, and professional. Top shelf. Place was fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Most had extra supplies/stock just in case. Welcome book filled with tons of functional info about all the local activities, events, and restaurants. 10 minutes to the airport and the Pearl district!Place was very well cleaned upon arrival.Can't recommend highly enough! Thanks! Will definitely rebook for next family events in San Antonio!

Properly was well-suited for girls weekend. Had some issues but they were immediately addressed. Great location...right next to police department and walking distance to the Pearl District. Easy Uber to Riverwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Central location from the airport or river walk and any other activities, Big plus is the beautiful neighborhood and added security from the police station that is close by, Will definitely stay there again. Really spacious and my family was comfortable. We did not feel like we were on top of each other.

Great location! Close to everything which was perfect for us! Host was responsive to questions, checked in on us often which made the trip even more enjoyable. Home is as described and might only be hard for someone who has a hard time with stairs but the home has 2 rooms on entrance floor but kitchen is up 1 flight of steps. Very comfortable and each floor controls AC. We didn’t need to change it since very comfortable throughout the home

Unique Location Close to the Pearl

We came to San Antonio with a large group of friends/family and this was the location chosen by the "youngins" (30 something kids). The house was clean and well maintained. Communications with the host were fantastic. The kids loved the very high ceilings and the great location (loved being within walking distance of the Pearl). The entry/exit instructions were easy to follow. They also loved the large tub. This would not be the place if you have issues with stairs (although 2 bedrooms were on the first floor), but for our kids and their friends, it was roomy and enjoyable. If we come back to San Antonio with a larger group, we'll put this place on the top of our list.

Nice place, worked for us.

As others have mentioned, you have to go through one "bedroom" to get to another bedroom. This and the fact the "bedroom" can be seen from the living room causes it to not be private. It is like a loft, with railing where you can see into the living room. For us it worked because our grandson slept in that room.There was loud music late at night which came from a nearby Honky Tonk, but it might not always be that way, This was New Years week. Prior to check-in communication with the property manager was delayed a couple of times. There is a chance I was not using the proper communication channel (text vs VRBO messenger vs ?)Lastly, we rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee which was too long to fit in the garage.Looks like I just focused on negatives, so let me say it was clean, well stocked, felt safe, convenient to the places we visited, and the beds were comfortable. Also each level had its own AC thermostat. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful visit to San Antonio!

This property was the perfect location for our family; close to the Riverwalk, even closer to The Pearl, and near everything we wanted to do while we visited San Antonio for a few days. Communication with the property owner was prompt throughout our entire stay. The house had everything we needed.

Business trip

Top rack of dishwasher broken. Light switch on bedside table in top bedroom broken. Need dresser in top floor bedroom- and larger nightstand- no where to put anything. More towels would be appreciated in top floor bathroom. There was lots of construction outside upon arrival. Overall good experience.

Thanksgiving

We thought the house was very nice and worked great for us. However, there were several disappointments: The 2 downstairs bedrooms had NO clothes storage options. No hangers, no drawers and we were there for 5 days. Hangers in the other bedrooms also would have been nice. The towel rack in the downstairs bath needs repairing. There were no hot pads and a lack of dish towels for a large family there for the holiday. Even more important there were no bowls for preparing or serving food. That made our stay very difficult. Lastly, we needed some kind of cleaning or disinfectant spray for spills. we did appreciate that there were plenty of dishwasher and clothes washer use. We were happy with the location and the house was very quiet at night even with all of us there.

Up-coming Neighborhood

Nice newer property. Asked for additional towels and addressed with Amazon delivery. Great family room seating with awesome kitchen area as well. 3 full baths were also great. This was a perfect property for adult get together kitchen seating is counter height with multiple levels.. 3 sets of stairs Property actually has 4 bedroom with addl bed in loft area.. not 5 bedroom. Welcome book was helpful but found grocery, Whole Foods, HEB grocery in nicer area with addl shopping on Basse road just 3 miles away. Would be a great addition to the book .

Nice house and good location

The house was very accommodating for a family of 5, that have 3 teenage boys. We all had our own rooms and the beds were comfortable. Located close to the river walk and Alamo. The house was very clean and well maintained. Would stay here again if back in San Antonio.

We loved it

We enjoyed our stay. It was a last minute stay for us but they tried to accommodate us as much as they could which was so appreciated. The house is nice and I loved the 2 stories. We went to a restaurant right around the corner and it was fabulous! We will definitely be back

Great place for large groups

This house was great for our 3 family party of 10. Plenty of room to spread out, great beds, couches, TVs. Nice laundry room and kitchen. Nicely stocked with everything you need. Close to The Pearl. I would stay here again.

My wife works in SA frequently and we LOVE the location. To me, its perfect. I can get in and out very easily and take a short uber ride to anywhere downtown. As well as Walk to the Pearl and access the River Walk

My wife and Love to stay at out home with out 2 young daughters. We have a park right behind for them to run around and they love going to the aquarium and zoo. We are very blessed to own this home and look forward to sharing with you!

The property is located in a perfect part of San Antonio. Easy access to downtown. Just minutes away convention center and business district along with all of the San Antonio historical sites and tourist attractions. Home is very large so guest have their own space.
