Central ubicado a una corta distancia a pie de varios de los puntos de entretenimiento favoritos de la ciudad, incluida la cervecería de perlas y la vida nocturna a lo largo de la revitalizada franja de St Mary's. Diseño espacioso con varios balcones y vistas al centro. Convenientemente ubicado cerca del distrito de negocios de trinity university, SA y acceso a todas las autopistas principales. Great Weekend

Nice 3 story home within walking distance to Pearl and short Uber ride to river walk. Quiet area and felt safe and clean neighborhood.

Such a great stay in SA!!

We were so happy wi the our stay, the property is perfect for a weekend with friends. The location is amazing, so close to the Riverwalk and hotel Emma, one of our favorite bars. The property was so clean and enjoyable, we will be back, thank you!!!

Great Family Staycation

This home is beautiful and provided a great place for a special birthday and family staycation! Lee, the property owner, was very nice and accessible, and he helped to make sure we had a wonderful time. We look forward to our next stay at this home or even another one of Lee’s properties!

Great place near the Pearl

Outstanding property as well as management. They were very responsive to our feedback and provided additional recommendations to the area.The home and pictures were as described on the listing. There were no surprises here. This is definitely the best bang for the buck in the Pearl district within walking distance to the Pearl and its amenities. This central location also affords a reasonable walking distance (45 min scenic walk) to the Alamo and Riverwalk shopping district (or you can uber for 10).

Great location!

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great developing neighborhood. Townhouse is three stories, so keep that in mind with age and physicality of guest.

Great place!

The location is great, walking distance to the Pearl! Lee was a great host - gave clear instructions on how to get in and where to park. The listing says 4 bedroom but one of the bedrooms is a loft (no door or bathroom). Not a negative, but just a heads up when planning! Would stay there again!

Nice Condo

The condo was clean and the communication with the host was great. Some suggestions we have are -- Adding black out curtains to block street traffic lights and the sheriff’s office blue flashing light across the street. Also to give some privacy to the guests, otherwise anyone walking on the street can see in. - A deadbolt installed on the door leading from the garage to the house. Currently there is no locking feature, so that wasn’t super comforting for a group of women staying in the house.- Listing states there’s a “fully-stocked coffee bar”, yet there weren’t any k cups for the Keurig.

Girls trip

Condo was as advertised and overall perfect for our quick trip. Well furnished and stocked. Was not familiar with the location before trip but selected due to proximity to the Pearl which was nice but not really walkable due to the weather. Neighborhood appears to be transitioning with a lot of new condos being built. Some street noise in the early morning in the front bedroom due to facing St Mary’s. Management was proactive in checking with us upon arrival and very responsive to any requests. Overall worked well for our needs.

Spacious, clean townhome

The home was very spacious. Plenty of space for our family. It was conveniently located to the Pearl district, downtown and Trinity University. The two car garage was great, although may be too small for large vehicles. We were able to fit two midsize SUVs in the space. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels.

The property is lovely. It was clean and comfortable. I gave less than 5 stars because of the bedroom configuration. There were 2 bedrooms with shared bath on the ground floor. You have to navigate stairs to get up to the living/kitchen area. The master suite was on that level. Another set of stairs to access the loft (fully expected). This was a difficulty for some. The host was excellent and responded to our questions immediately. I would definitely recommend the house as it is minutes away from attractions. However, I would caution anyone with mobility issues.

OK, nice location.

Check in was at first a puzzle -- gate locked made access to front door diifficult, garage was not marked, but we figured it out. Note that property description was accurate, but think about your situation and the loft -- opens to the kitchen/living room, and only last to bed and first up in the morning sleep there will it work, since it's not much different from a futon in the living room. Also note clear information about the fees, cleaning and booking, etc. Made it much more expensive than the advertised nightly rate, more than most properties here. Countless warnings in the information about many additional fees associated with violation of rules was offputting.

Close to Downtown area: Alamo, Riverwalk, etc

2601 N St Mary’s is ideal for families. We were two grandparents with four granddaughters). Each of the kids had separate beds in three bedrooms (one was a loft). We had a king in the master. We all slept well. There was very little traffic on St Mary’s so it’s easy in/easy out. There is a Police Substation across from the unit so it’s very secure. The decor is contemporary and pleasing. The kitchen has everything you need, including both a coffee maker and an Keurig. Everywhere we wanted to see was minutes away. The hosts were very accommodating and informative. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Antonio. Oh, did I mention the double enclosed garage? Secure parking, too.

Do owners know what’s going on here??

Couch was disgusting, filthy, we couldn’t even sit on it. no bedding for sofa sleeper, not enough towels for the amount of guests advertised for. Water was shut off, and owners would not respond to calls or texts. City water workers were helpful. No extras! Less stocked than a hotel room. Security was terrible! Door code in all printed material!! Good location to Riverwalk, etc.

Great location, nice property, needs a few little tweaks to make it 5 star

The place from a location is just as advertised; very convenient to Pearl District and the St Mary's district from a shopping, dining, and bar perspective. Our favorite part of SA! What kept it from 5 stars were some relatively small items (admittedly my wife and I have had a few VRBO properties in New Mexico, so we are kinda picky): 1. No coffee mugs or cups. We didn't cook but would have been nice to have something to put coffee in . 2. The write up on the amenities lead us to believe that the third floor "suite' had a bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the Pearl, as follows: Third floor feature another suite. Spacious bedroom with king bed, 55 inch TV, large closet, full bath and patio. Also on this floor is a large loft featuring a queen size pullout with a view of the Pearl . This did not have either of those items. 3. A few housekeeping notes - the master bath had previous user's soap bar and hair on the shower drain when we arrived. The toilet paper holders in all of the bathrooms were loose from the wall. Burned out bulbs above the vanity in the master bath, and no trash can in the master bedroom/bath area. Wet towels were left in the washer when we arrived. Again, I think with a few small items addressed, this place will be great! Very nice high end appliances and touches, by the way.

Great location needs cleaned

As mentioned the house was in a very good location walkable to everywhere but all of the furniture looked like it had been used in a frat house with spell marks and things like that did not want to take my shoes off as the carpet was sticky and gross to the touch I suggest a thorough cleaning job is done on the property as it is expensive and expectations are pretty high for paying that type of money also the pillows need a significant upgrade on the beds

San Antonio stay

Starting with the good news, the property has a great location to walk to the Hotel Emma and the Pearl district. The noise from the bar next to the property did not bother us, for some people it might be loud. The property could be a 5 star with some attention. The furniture in the main room needs a good cleaning, multiple stains on the couches and chairs. The master was clean, but smelled like stale smoke. The downstairs rooms need attention. Some of the towels and the downstairs bedding either needs to be bleached or replaced. Yellow stains on the comforter and on the towels, ripped sheets. One of the downstairs beds is broken. The mattress has a big dip in it, so you roll into the middle of the mattress. When you lift the mattress, the wooden slats holding up the mattress are literally broken. Luckily we could move to the second bedroom, however, that room needed a much better clean and definitely a better vacuum. The water heater needs to be adjusted. The downstairs shower does not have hot water, luke warm showers. This stay was over the Christmas holiday , I did message the host about the broken bed and stained sheets /towels ( sent photos)with no response. We ended up checking out a day early and I asked the host to confirm he got my message about the check out. We then heard from the host asking us if everything was okay. I communicated everything in this review.

As well as Walk to the Pearl and access the River Walk

My wife and Love to stay at out home with out 2 young daughters. We have a park right behind for them to run around and they love going to the aquarium and zoo. We are very blessed to own this home and look forward to sharing with you!
