De vuelta al interior, la cocina y el comedor ofrecen asientos para todo el grupo con capacidad para seis en la mesa y cuatro asientos adicionales en el bar de la isla. Preparar la cena será una delicia en esta cocina luminosa y funcional con gabinetes modernos y un hermoso protector contra salpicaduras que combina perfectamente con el magnífico granito. Llena de ventanas y muebles preciosos, la Master Suite es un refugio tranquilo. Ofrece una lujosa cama king size, un televisor de pantalla plana con DVD, una hermosa sala de estar mirando las hermosas dunas, acceso al balcón y un baño privado. Amazing unit, awful property management

The condo is beautiful, well decorated, comfortable, and the location is perfect. During our stay the AC broke, the dishwasher didn’t work, one of the toilets didn’t work properly, and the coffee pot didn’t work. Things break from time to time and that is completely understandable. The management company, 360 Blue, was not on top of things. We were told day after day that we would hear from them by the end of the day but we never did. The lack of professionalism and communication was completely unacceptable. Having stayed in Watersound on many occasions this was a huge disappointment. We were given a partial reimbursement for all of the problems during our stay but only after leaving several messages and emails without any response. To sum things up I would absolutely recommend this condo as long as it was no longer managed by 360 Blue.

Great Condo with direct beautiful beach access

This is a nice condo with a spacious living area and great beach access. It is close to the pool but the building lacks a fitness center and the pool lacks a hot tub. The management company left a nice welcome package and starter items which was classy. My messages through VRBO prior to our stay were not responded to, otherwise we luckily had no maintenance items.

Great family getaway

We had a really great experience. The unit was very clean, spacious, and nice. The view of the sand dunes were wonderful and it was very, quiet and relaxing. Location was wonderful with an easy walk to the beach, and a good pizza restaurant within walking distance for an easy and quick dinner option. The pool was great as well. Highly recommended.

Perfection!

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. I highly recommend this property. It was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items, including pots, pans, serving dishes, blender, toaster, ect.. more than enough for our stay. And there were plenty of bath towels which we appreciated. You just need to bring your beach towels which was no biggie. The complimentary beach set up for 2 was especially nice. Also there was a generous gift from the property manager in the unit. I would give more than 5 stars if I could and we will most definitely be back.

Watersound community is stunning! Condo was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and had plenty of kitchen items for cooking. Easy beach access. We so enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Beach vacation

A great property that is close to the beach, pool, and restaurants, but quieter and less frantic than the heart of town. The property managers did a great job communicating with us and left a thoughtful gift upon our arrival. I highly recommend!

Great property for a family of 4, note that no beach towels provided

Great property, pictures are accurate. It's right across the small parking lot of the development's pool, so very convenient. The boardwalk to the beach is very long, but across the beautiful dunes. Definitely get a wagon or golf cart if you have small children. NO BEACH TOWELS are provided - that was annoying. Apparently it's in the contract, so read the small print. Kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint about the cleaning was some mildew in the shower grout in both showers. There's also these weird carpet nails that kept popping out in the room with twin beds. I let the property mngr. know so hopefully they will fix that.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic with the beautiful walking paths and easy beach access. The pool was very nice and the condo beautifully decorated and comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Great location

Wonderful condo, location and crowd (lighter than nearby areas). We’ll be back. The only issue was that either we drink our coffee too slowly or the coffee maker turns off before it’s supposed to.

Gorgeous views of the dunes

Nice condo, pretty well equipped. Super short walk to beach and pool. 10 minute bike ride to The Hub. Watersound is pretty quiet compared to Watercolor where we normally stay. Great for families.

Beautiful condo!

We loved this condo! Beautiful dune views, great beach access, spacious for our family of 4 and well appointed with everything we needed. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness and I have to say the floors in this unit need a good cleaning. It was the end of summer so I'm sure it saw a lot of traffic. Otherwise a great choice and we would come back for sure!

WaterSound is a great place to vacation and this condo is perfect for my family. The location is great with quick access to the pool, beach, and parking lot. The bikes are a nice touch too. This was our 2nd trip to WaterSound and we look forward to visiting again in the near future!

We came from Utah, Birmingham and Tennessee to stay a week in mid June as a family of five adults. 'All comfortably settled in with lovely, updated decor and good bedding. We hosted other family for dinner, easily accommodating a total of 16 out of our kitchen with seating on the decks, table and large living room. We most appreciated the curved windows giving views of the dunes from the kitchen, dining and front rooms. We plan to return.

Loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious and clean unit. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the large comfortable sofa in the family room. It’s very convenient to parking, pool, bike rack and boardwalks. The bathroom lighting could be brighter, and the bedrooms could use more drawer space for clothes. We love the WaterSound community and visit as often as we can! Love the hospitality app!

February 2019 Stay

This was our second stay at this location in less than 12 months. Absolutely enjoy each time. Location is great, quiet, beautiful views just as pictured. Quick access to the beach, easy parking options. The community is always clean and welcoming with friendly security and residents/guests. One small recommendation would be to adjust at least one bed for those who need a softer sleep or allow memory foam mattress topper option as part of reservation. Watersound is our Florida vacation destination of choice and this location doesn’t disappoint. We will certainly be back.

Absolutely beautiful condo ... even cooler than the pictures. So comfortable and relaxing. We were just steps from the beach, the pool, and the quaint neighborhood the condos are a part of. Everything we needed was right there so felt much less need to wander around the area. Really relaxing and the service by 360 blue made the stay seamless and welcoming. Definitely plan to return!

This condo does not sleep 8 at all. Please say that it sleeps 6. The beds are all very uncomfortable. Each room needs new mattresses. Over all a beautiful condo. The beach club is great after a day at the beach. Wish it had a golf cart. That would have been ideal. You don’t have a view of the water. This condo has views of sand dunes. Loved the water sound properties and will be back again.

The property has a couple of issues, one being the stove vents were not nearly strong enough to remove the slightest amount of smoke from normal cooking. The house is marketed for 8 people but unless you sleep 2 on the sofa or a third person on the master bed, it is not possible. Nevertheless, the property location was wonderful with easy short distance access to the pool, beach and grill. The grill was very clean and ready to use. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the view of the dunes wonderful. The WiFi worked pretty good and the unit was clean. The water pressure in the twin bed room bath was very low in the laboratory and commode. I would definitely recommend staying here as these are minor issues that can be corrected. My family and I had a wonderful week at this property. Everything was organized through the app and very clear. Thank you.
