Stay clear of this property management company
The house was ok but the property management was a nightmare. The house is relatively clean and close to the beach. It has absolutely nothing in it you would expect for the price point. Very bare bones and basic. Not a single spice. The kitchen supplies are worn and in poor condition. The house has obvious signs of wear and tear throughout which will come back to haunt me later…The property management team was AWFUL. I had inquired about paying for a late check out since I saw the house was not booked following us and they responded immediately with no and to tell me I signed a contract and should know better. No effort or consideration. I respond back that I found the lack of customer service to be surprising. It’s ok if the answer is “no” but it was clear they did not care to accommodate. It’s something I would have liked to know prior to booking and I said I would relay this in my review. We check out and suddenly a few hours later have some charges for “damages” that we absolutely did not do and were previously there. A crack in a fridge drawer that did not affect functionality and the knob in the room with bunk beds would pop off when used, but was also functional when you put it back. They claimed that since I did not tell them of these things being like this, it was my fault and my responsibility to pay to fix. I felt like this was retaliatory to my stating I would share my poor customer service experience. Beware booking with this dishonest company!!
