Seaclusion is located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea & only steps to the community pool. Public access to the white sands of the worlds most beautiful beaches are a 3-4 minute walk across the street from the neighborhood. This 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests max. There is a shed with at least 1 beach cart, 4 chairs, 4 adult beach cruisers & items you can use at the beach.

Wonderful family spot

Wonderful spot for a family. Comfortable and clean space, short and easy walk to beach, extremely convenient to pool. Loved the included beach amenities (chairs, toys, wagon)…were very helpful. Will stay again!

Great beach house!

Great location and cozy beach house. This was our 2nd time staying in this house. Very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc. highly recommend!

Location great

If you’re wanting to stay out of the busyness of rosemary and seaside, this is a great choice. Across the street from the ocean in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our week in the home. The house had a great layout and was nicely furnished. It is an easy walk to the beach and very close to the pool. Located between the Hub and Alys beach made for a short drive to both.

Great Stay

We love this neighborhood and this house was fantastic for a week at the beach. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Recommend!

Great Summer Vacay!

Great trip! Plenty of bikes and chairs for beach! Short walk to beach! Waterhouse coffee and wine bar was great to pass by everyday and get a cold drink to go.

Everything you need in this unit. Close to the pool and beach with lots of amenities. Eric was very accommodating. Great experience all around.

Great trip

House was great. It was very clean. All the beach gear that was available was awesome. Easy walk to the beach and super close to the pool. Our rental contact Eric was awesome and answered any question very quickly.

Great location and very well equipped

5 of us had a great time, it’s a great location for the beach and a short walk / ride into Rosemary etc. the house had everything we needed, including bikes in the shed and chairs for the beach. Eric was very quick to reply and was great to meet in person. We would highly recommend this house for a beach vacation!

Summer vacation 2022

We really enjoyed this property due to the proximity to beach and ease in getting to and from. The house had everything we could need including bikes and extra beach chairs. Our only complaint would be parking. It was very tight and could only accommodate 2 smaller SUVs.

Very Relaxing and Clean!

The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. A short bike or drive to Alys and Rosemary to eat and play. The house was very clean and as described. There was everything we needed for our stay with our 3 year old. It was a nice touch to have beach toys! Eric was responsive when we needed assistance and we would stay again in a heartbeat - trying to figure out which weekend will work to come back next year. 30A is our new vacation spot!

Perfect location!

The house had everything we needed and more! It was very comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is just a short 5-6 min walk to the beach and very close to the pool. The owner had beach chairs and an umbrella rented for the week, which made it so convenient and enjoyable. However, should you want to venture out to another near by beach, there is a beach wagon, chairs and toys. There was also a charcoal grill that we used a couple of times during our stay. Beautiful home and we hope to stay here again in the future!!

Beautiful and quaint neighborhood

We love this community and have rented in the community for 5 seasons. October is a great month because it’s off season and the weather is usually beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Sitting on the porch is one of our favorite past times in between walks on the beach. Only negative for this property is troubled WiFi, as we had to restart the router multiple times and it wouldn’t always work. Management company is wonderful to work with and took care of all concerns fast.

Great house with excellent owner communication!

We just returned from a week long vacation from our first trip to 30a. The house is in a great location—walking distance to the private beach. The owner rented chairs and an umbrella for the week which was just awesome. Made things so much easier with three small children. The house itself is set up really well and it has everything you would need. Very well stocked with all the essentials plus more! Extremely clean. The real standout though was the owner. When we had any questions, he was very responsive. I would not hesitate from renting this house again. Eric is wonderful!

Great Experience

Every facet of our stay (location, communication, responsiveness, property description/amenities, quality, cleanliness...all of it) was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The house was exactly as pictured and described...and a great example of doing things right, the linens were all high quality (towels and sheets). 1 minute walk to the pool...4 minutes to the beach. Although the “private beach” is a little closer, it’s also pretty skinny on space...we opted to walk another couple hundred feet to the public access where the beach had plenty of room. Location os about 2 miles East to Rosemary Beach and about 1 mile West to The Hub (and about 6 miles West to get to Seaside). Very family friendly house and community. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved it!

We come to this area often and have stayed in magnolia cottages several times. It's our go to location. This was our first time in this particular property and we were not disappointed. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked, plenty of space for our family. There were lots of toys in the shed outside for the kids to play with at the beach, bikes, etc. The walk to the beach is a breeze, just a couple of minutes, and very close to the pool. Only really minor thing worth mentioning is the upstairs patio over looks the neighbors pool area, so if the neighbors are out, not a lot of privacy up there for either. Maybe a simple fix to that might be a shade you could roll down on that side for some extra privacy. Fantastic place to stay, the host was great, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Close to beach and a drive away to shops

Everything was great. Eric was perfect! The walk to the beach was real close although the private access is only to allow you access to the beach. You still need to walk down to get top the public beach. Not too far so it worked just fine. Due to the nature of the surrounding area, there were some mosquitoes we had to deal with so keep that in mind. Things that could come in handy that were not available were: ziplock bags, foil paper, salt and pepper ( they have a huge selection of all types of seasonings except these), extra soap especially if you are staying more than 2 nights. The large frying pan was scratched so we felt uncomfortable cooking with it especially since it was nonstick. Even with these things all 3 of us had a wonderful time. Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach were stunning finds and we will be back to revisit those areas. These areas are close but not within walking distance. Bicycles would definitely come in handy to reach these areas as they are just out of reach by foot.

Victor, I do apologize that we couldn't reach a 5 start review with you like we did with all the others but we do appreciate your suggestions. We do not like provide salt and pepper, foil or Ziploc bags because they "disappear" and we would have to replace after almost every guest. Sometimes people with leave them and so do we for people to us. If these were items that you needed for your stay you could have asked us about them before or during your stay. In our ad it is listed that we provide you with your first nights stay of items such as soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish tabs, dish liquid and 3 laundry tabs. We did not know about the frying pan, which a text could have fixed and we would have provided a brand new one within an hour tops. As I stated we are appreciative of your review and suggestions.

Great Property!

This was a wonderful property. Very clean and comfortable with a lot of extra amenities (movies, games, beach gear!). Bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The location was wonderful!--very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet.
