Glamorous frente al mar hirise 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, además de un sofá cama. Este se encuentra en el décimo piso y ofrece una vista espectacular del océano. Completamente remodelado y actualizado para un look hermoso y glamoroso. Salga al balcón y vea el océano y disfrute de su café de la mañana o de la noche. El dormitorio tiene un balcón también. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and your time in Galveston! Yes, By the Sea is an older building, however, the HOA has done a lot of remodeling and upgrades lately ~ including remodeling the entire downstairs lobby and adding a work out room, two lounge areas and a coffee bar. They have a lot of projects underway and are making many improvements! Glad you enjoyed the condo ~ you really can't beat the incredible views from the 10th floor plus the beach being so close. Thank you for being such great guests ~ we would love to host you again anytime!

Great location with an outstanding view! Very clean property and really friendly front desk people. Communication with Ruthann was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next summer. The condo was great, Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. The condo was amply supplied with everything a person would need, however I would like to see more bath towels and hand towels in the bathrooms but that did not create a great problem for us.

It was very clean and nicely furnished. Thankful for the coffee bar and extras. The condo is in a great location. The hosts made contact to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Highly recommend!

Everything was WONDERFUL!! We thoroughly enjoyed the view. The sound of the waves from the balcony was just breathtaking. The front desk service was exceptional. The only concern was the temperature of the room was very difficult to control. We adjusted the temperature,, but it did not respond very well. There also was a leak that we reported Tuesday, was looked at Wednesday but no service provided as of Thursday evening. With that said, we definitely would rent again. We had the most amazing time here in this condo!!!

I have no doubt we'll want to obtain this property in the future. The view was amazing to wake up too. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had every possible store and restaurant nearby, kitchen fully equipped.

Hi Linda, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! I was unaware that the VRBO site was down - I am so sorry! I did message you to check and see if everything was going well and I was available by phone or text message to answer any questions so I was unaware that you had any issues. The wi-fi instructions are on the tv stand in the living room beside the wi-fi box and tv on a laminated page. I really appreciate your feedback and I will definitely provide more written materials in the condo including check out instructions which are only to put dirty dishes in dishwasher, used towels in the tub and lock up. Thank you again for choosing our condo for your Galveston beach trip and I hope you and your friends had a lovely time!

The Beach view from the balcony was amazing, and the overall condo was nice, clean, and comfortable. The next time I am in Galveston and need a place to stay, I will be staying here again.

We had a lovely time, the condo was very comfortable for the 4 of us, the condo was centrally located to restaurant, shopping and beach. Ruthanne was awesome, responded quickly to. Y questions, very informative. Will definitely be back.
