¡Bensons Shy Acre Lodge es la más nueva adición a nuestra familia! Una maravillosa y recientemente renovada cabaña de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños que tiene capacidad para 10 personas, ubicada justo al lado de Northwoods Rd. Equipado con una gran mesa de comedor, DirecTv, Wifi, DVD y electrodomésticos nuevos en la cocina, es perfecto para una escapada familiar. La plataforma tiene 6 sillas, 2 columpios, una mesa / banco de picnic convertible, así como pozos de herradura. También hay una mesa de futbolín dentro y más de 20 juegos y acertijos. The Cabin está ubicado cerca de senderos para caminatas y Greer Lakes, ¡para que disfrute de su tiempo adentro o afuera!

Nice place

This place was nice but it could have been cleaner since we all pay a cleaning fee. I think I left it cleaner than when arrived. Otherwise, all the games were nice. There is no foose ball table. Pans need to be pre washed before using. The fenced yard is great for a dog. It was easy to find. Had a great time

Bensons Shy Acre

For the price I was not impressed. The cabin needs a lot of updating. The surrounding cabins look like junkyards. The cabin itself needs new carpet and flooring. It feels dusty. The property itself needs a big cleanup. Lots of weeds, junk piles on the property and cobwebs on the exterior of the cabin.

We love this cabin

It's comfortable, well-stocked, clean, and the perfect setup for bringing our dogs with the large fenced yard. This is our third summertime visit to this cabin, and hopefully we'll be back!

Cozy little cabin

We had a great time in Greer and this cabin was perfect for us. The fenced yard for the dogs was so nice!!! Cabin had a lot more amenities then I was expecting. I would definitely stay here again!

Our second visit to this cabin.

Greer is so special during the summer in Arizona -- cool, rainy, green, wildlife everywhere. Staying in this cabin is "icing on the cake!" Comfortable, clean, roomy, and a large fenced yard for our dogs. We hope to return again next summer.

Very cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our family and dogs. This is the 2nd time we’ve been here and are already planning another trip. The cabin is very well insulated, even with the cold wind that was blowing, the cabin was really warm without even starting the heater. It could use some additional pots and pans and small kitchen utensils, but other than that it was decently equipped. It was nice and clean and so quiet. We had so much fun in the game room and just relaxing on the couches. Access to the property was easy and we are so excited to return. Thank you Cain Butler!

Ski cabin

Need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to property in the winter. It’s about 25 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort. Beds & pillows are not the most comfortable and kitchen supplies are limited so plan to bring your own items if you are going to be cooking. Wi-fi is also slow. Cabin is spacious, game room is excellent for kids, and fenced in yard is great for dogs. Furniture & appliances could use updating.

Nice place, but a couple small suggestions.

I liked that the property was tucked back from the main drag. We have stayed all over in Greer for decades and this had a nice off the grid feeling, but it was still close to 373. A few household items were damaged, nothing terrible, but a vase on the table was cracked and my two year old cut himself on it. I am sure they did not notice that damage but it was there, along with a cracked mirror in the bathroom we needed to keep the little one away from. Nice overall, worth the stay.

Spacious but cozy . My 7lb chihuahua was able to roam the large securely fenced lot .

Great Little Cabin

We loved our stay at this cabin. Cabin was very clean and tons of space. Overall a very nice updated cabin made for a great weekend to checkout Northern Arizona.

So cozy!

The cabin and property were perfect! We had such a relaxing time, as did our 2 dogs,. The cabin had pretty much everything we needed. Comfortable beds, high pressure showers and a kitchen my husband loved. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, it was so cozy and we will be back. The fenced yard made for a stress free stay with our dogs. Thank you Cabin Butler you made our stay a true vacation.

Summer getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Loved the fenced yard for our dogs. It was comfortable and clean although multiple stains on the carpet were a bit off putting. I was glad we had read a previous review about the porch chairs being uncomfortable . They were really unusable. Fortunately we brought our own camp chairs so we could enjoy the wonderful porch in comfort. That being said I would definately stay here again

Very comfortable cabin close to Greer Lakes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kids room was great and having two full bathrooms was a plus. A couple of minor suggestions shared with manager...new can opener, maybe a rocker on the porch (kids loved the two swings, but their were only chairs for adults), and one arm on the sofa needs fixing. The higher table was great for doing puzzles. We really had a nice time and would stay here again. This cabin is close to Greer Lakes which was a nice bonus.

Mostly codmetic issued

No signs on the cabin. The cabin was rather dusty, not as clean as we expected and the porch chairs were in poor condition. Otherwise. we very much enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful and condiderate. Would definitely stay at this or other properties managed by Cabin Butler.
