Wahsab Lodge in the Pines

Enjoy this 3-bedroom cabin on a quiet acre in the pines just a few miles outside town, with a large outdoor porch, patio and fire pit as well as a comfy living space with a gas fireplace and all the amenities. The cabin comfortably sleeps 8 including a huge master bedroom with a king size bed. Second bedroom offers queen sized bed and plenty of space for friends or kids in third bedroom with full over full sized bunk beds. There is a cozy den off the kitchen to curl up and watch a movie (DVD and Firestick with all streaming services), or play a family game or puzzle with plenty of seating in the living room. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including drip as well as a Keurig coffee makers. Just across the highway from the Greer Lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking and a great picnic area just a few minutes from home.

4WD is reccomended when weather is present.

Property was great. We loved our stay. The cabin was very cozy and comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 3 children. The property management company reached out to us when there were changes to the cabin well before our stay, which didn’t affect our stay there at all. The only problem with communication was that we hadn’t received information on how to get to the property or how to get in until we reached out on our way to Greer. They sent the info right away and it was smooth sailing from there.

October Break Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Wahsab Cabin. The location was secluded enough that it was very quiet and peaceful. Yet it was only a few minutes to the center of Greer and 25-30 min to Eager. The cabin had all the amenities we needed for the week. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. I did call the office once to assist with the trash so that we did not continue to attract raccoons. They were very responsive and came immediately to collect. The only recommendation we have is to provide a check in code through the site or email rather than requiring to come to office to collect. We hope to be able to rent again in the future! We highly recommend this location!

Relaxation in the Pines

This property was the perfect spot for a family get-away with adult children and spouses. It was clean and comfortable with an ample kitchen for preparing family meals and a large covered deck to enjoy meals al fresco, even in the rain. The location is quiet and peaceful and a great launching pad to take a hike or fish in a nearby lake. We will definitely consider a return trip!

Dissapointing

Pro's: Property is located in a wonderful neighborhood - quite, easy access to Greer and Springerville and Eager for shopping and dining. Beds very comfortable. Neighborhood quite and Neighbours friendly. Supplies plentiful with the exception of soap. Heating system ample for whole house heating. Con's: Home dated and not well maintained. Broken wood separation strips between wood floor and carpets. (dangerous in bare feet) No lids for trash outdoors. TV Room couch unusable - sagging. Master shower uncleaned. Glass door sill gummed up by an accumulation of dirt. Outdoor tables and chairs covered in dust as were the chairs.

Very comfortable

Not far from town. The property was in great shape and very clean. We used the BBQ and outdoor fire pit. Less than 5 minutes from Greer lakes. We would definitely stay here again.

our family snuck away to greer for a little fishing trip. this cabin was the perfect size for all of us. it was stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. we'll totally stay here again!

Great experience for the family and I. Instructions were clear and made great use of the cabin. Got to experience wild life close by. Beautiful and relaxing scenery around the fire. A few nearby trails to go to as well! Overall, loved it!

Beautiful Cabin Surrounded by Pine

Had a wonderful stay in this 3 bdrm Cabin. 15 minutes from Sunrise Ski and 10 mi from grocery store. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Easily accommodating our party of 6. Cabin was quiet and very relaxing.

Peaceful Retreat

This was my 1st to VRBO, and it was pleasantly rewarding. To stay in a cabin of your own with all of the amenities of your own home, and not have to accommodate hotels, resorts, and unpleasantries of others, was a treat. Check-in was simple, but trying to locate the cabin was somewhat difficult with all of the snow and unfamiliar locale. But, the cabin made up for it with easy entry, warmth of the cabin with a gas fireplace, and instructions to everything you might need, or want to know. The tiny town of Greer was beautiful and friendly, and the short drive to Sunrise Park Ski Resort was scenically stunning. I recommend staying for Winter fun, and as I observed all of the neighboring activities, come and stay for summer, too. I’ll be back, soon.

We loved our stay at this house! It is a wonderful house in a quiet community. The backyard is lovely. It was also very clean and tidy. The rental process went very smoothly. We highly recommend this property.
