Cozy Modern True Ski-in/Ski-out, Hot Tub, Townhouse

This ski-in/ski-out alpine home is located along the Orient Chairlift offering highly desirable views of the golf course ridge, three mountains and Sun Peaks’ famous valley sunsets. Overlooking the 15th fairway of BC's highest elevated golf course, it is only steps away from the Nordic, snowshoe, hiking & mountain bike trails. Enjoy this contemporary vacation home with breathtaking views and easy access to the village for entertainment, dining, spa, shopping & activities.

The Space:

Welcome to this new, 837 sq. ft., ground one level alpine home!

Upon arrival, a large covered entrance greets you with exclusive in-floor heating (found throughout the home), a storage closet and access to the heated garage. The car garage (92 inches clearance) offers secure storage for one vehicle and all your snow, bike and golf equipment. Additional parking is available in front of the home, along with visitor parking.

The thoughtfully designed, open concept main level is perfect for entertaining your family and friends. The main are features a gas fireplace, and expansive windows. The modern kitchen opens to the living room, has custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances (with ice & water dispensers), and a large island with seating for four. Relax and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains from the 5-seater hot tub.

Both bedrooms offer mountain views and feature 100% cotton linens and down alternative comforters & pillows to promote a comfortable stay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private ensuite, flat screen television and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen- size bed and closet. The custom sofa has a queen memory foam pullout. There is also a full-sized washer & dryer.

Please note: this is a non-smoking home and complex. There is an exterior garage door security camera (the video is not recorded).

Brand new 2bdrm. 2 bath condo with ALL the amenities. Everything is provided, down to the popcorn popper and kernals😁 Mattresses on beds some of most comfortable we've experienced. Plus towels for bathing and hot tub.

Sun Peaks Shout Out

Property was just as expected- new, clean and welcoming. The space provided the perfect holiday get-a-away for family of 4. Ski mountain is accessible from the rental and one can walk to the village if needed. We found the kitchen to well equipped and opted to cook-in for all meals. The heated garage is a nice touch for storing ski gear and the newly installed hot tub provides an ideal end to the ski day. Owners were communicative and provided on-time messaging both before and during our stay. Hope to return someday.

Perfection!

My wife and I spent the September long weekend at this brand new luxury condo. Located in the newest subdivision on the mountain everything was top notch! 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk down to the village where we enjoyed golfing, hiking, dining, markets and a few drinks (didn’t have the courage to try the mountain biking but it looked fun too). Hosts were fantastic, couldn’t rave enough about our stay. Already planning to return with kids and/or friends again!

Impeccable

We stayed at the property for a family getaway with our three kids. The property is brand new, with high end finishings. It was stocked well with thoughtful touches: hot chocolate and popcorn for the kids, and a nice gift for the parents too;) Loved the garage to stash the skis and outerwear. Great views off the deck from the hot tub. We really enjoyed the weekend. There is some construction in the neighborhood which alters the ski in/out but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We made our way to the orient and morrisey lofts without trouble. By next season it’ll be even easier. Highly recommend this vrbo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jason and Kathy's place in Sun Peaks. Their home was immaculately clean, cozy, and well-planned, making our time both comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV came with all major subscriptions, adding to our relaxation. The highlight was the hot tub on the balcony, which was a real treat after a day of skiing. We also appreciated the practicality of the garage, which could be opened remotely via the MyQ app. This was our first visit to Sun Peaks, and the resort didn't disappoint with its high-quality snow and perfectly maintained slopes. The ski instructors were exceptional, and we were pleased with the short wait times in line-ups. Free parking near the group class meeting points was a bonus. The village was beautiful, offering easy access to ski-in ski-out facilities, shops, groceries, and restaurants. Although we didn't use the ski-in ski-out feature much due to driving our daughter to her classes, it's a great option to have. We're already looking forward to returning next year.

Family from Coquitlam BC who love to ski in the winter and bike in the summer. Both Jason and Kathy grew up in small towns and love the Sun Peaks community and hoping one day to retire here.

Step out your door and carve down the bottom half of Hasta La Vista to the base of Orient or the Morrisey Express. Ride back up Orient and take the Main Village Connector to access all of Sundance or Tod Mountain.

Getting home could be your best ride of the day. From Sundance or the Orient, ride the East Village Ski Way then take your final turns down either Ausfahrt or Czesc back to your door.
